Just one fruit of adherence to a godless theology:

You're supposed to provide context and commentary to information on this forum, not just provide a link.

Also, use of theology to apply to science is against the rules.

Misrepresentations and dishonesty... exactly what I've come to expect from Ken Ham.

The fact that historical figures had repellent racist beliefs and misrepresented scientific evidence to support them isn't surprising or news.

It's also not supported by actual evolutionary biology.

Do you hold Creationists responsible to older Creationist ideas about the enslavement of black people being acceptable due to them being the "Sons of Ham"?

I certainly do hold inauthentic "christians" responsible for using select (and misinterpreted) quotes from the Bible to justify racism... and quite vocally - here, on my Facebook, and in person face-to-face.

I specifically stated that *one* fruit of the godless theology of evolution is racism. Hitler, Margaret Sanger of Planned Parenthood, too many to count throughout history.

But if a proponent of TOE actually studies what they make assumptions about, and oppose - the Holy Bible - they will discover that God *never* intended that any race elevate itself over another - including the Jews. And He communicated as much from the beginning.

Two excellent examples of where God stands, as exhibited first through His Son, and secondly through an Apostle inspired by Christ's Holy Spirit:

1) Matthew 3:7-9
"But when He saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming to His baptism, He said to them, “You brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the wrath to come? Bear fruit in keeping with repentance. And do not presume to say to yourselves, ‘We have Abraham as our father,’ for I tell you, God is able from these stones to raise up children for Abraham."

And He proved it:

2) Galatians 3:6-9
"So also Abraham “believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness.”

"Understand, then, that those who have faith are children of Abraham. Scripture foresaw that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, and announced the gospel in advance to Abraham: “All nations will be blessed through you.” So those who rely on faith are blessed along with Abraham, the man of faith."

Another beautiful example is in Jesus' encounter with the Samaritan woman at the well. He confronts not only racism, but also sexism, societal ostracism, and "religious" legalism devoid of mercy, compassion, grace and love. The full encounter is here, including the overwhelming response by the woman and the townsfolk she testifies to:

In regards to the overarching effects of preaching a theological theory of evolution goes, it is summed up in this: denying God's existence, or, affirming such but proclaiming that He is unknowable - which is exactly the same thing. That to me defines the mere "Creationist" you refer to.

The result? The source of all of the individual's ills, societies ills, and that of nations. Summed up in one simple Scripture:

Judges 17:6
"In those days there was no king in Israel, but every man did that which was right in his own eyes."

IOW, everyone his own god, defining for himself his "own reality" - or sense of right and wrong - justified by popular opinion of other fallen men.

Precisely Satan's temptation to Eve, and to everyone of us since - exalt one's own intellect over God's wisdom.

How's that been working for mankind these ~ 6000 years? One relatively modern example is a theory devoid of any hope - birth to death for the only purpose of perpetuating the species. How inspiring...

If we humble ourselves in the sight of the Lord - and seek to learn Who He is, He shall lift us up.

It's His promise, and He keeps it.

Be blessed!

Which is wholly and demonstrably incorrect. Racists never needed science to make racist claims, and in fact, evolutionary theory makes the point that racism is complete bunk.

Eugenics, social-Darwinism, racism in general, were already being propagated by people using the Bible and institutions like the Confederate States of America and the KKK made it plain that using the Bible was enough for them.

To claim such horrible things rests squarely in the lap of the theory of evolution is ignorance of the highest order, and your sir seem proud of that.

That's nice.

"godless theology"? Is that really a thing? Can you have theology without a god belief? Also, evolution is not a theology (asserting so also violates CF rules) evolution is a science. (Oh, and Hitler wasn't pro-evolution.)

Defending the theory of evolution has nothing to do with your bible. It is not relevant to the science.

Yet you don't use it as an attack on Christians who don't agree like you do for people who accept evolution.

I specifically stated that *one* fruit of the godless theology of evolution is racism. Hitler, Margaret Sanger of Planned Parenthood, too many to count throughout history.

Racism was alive and well before the existence of the scientific theory of evolution.

Specifically a favourite example of professional Creationists is Hitler, who opposed the evolutionary implication that all humans were closely related.

But if a proponent of TOE actually studies what they make assumptions about, and oppose - the Holy Bible - they will discover that God *never* intended that any race elevate itself over another - including the Jews. And He communicated as much from the beginning.

I'm not talking about attacks and out of context quotes by atheists... I'm talking about sincere religious beliefs of professing Christians still supported and quoted as authorities on this forum.

I'm pleased that you have good and kind interpretation of these texts... other Christians disagree with your "woke" attitudes.

What do you think Mysterious Ways means if not unkowable?

The Bible is filled with examples of humanity's inability to understand the methods and motives of God.

The result? The source of all of the individual's ills, societies ills, and that of nations. Summed up in one simple Scripture:

The point of evolutionary theory is that it explains evidence, it's irrelevant to how you spiritually deal with the world.

Remember is most of the western world, evolution accepting Christians outnumber atheists of all sorts.

(Also, stop using "Theology" as a descriptor for evolutionary theory. Referring to science as a religion is explicitly banned on this forum.)
