From what I understand, that is physically impossible. Reaching the underground facilities in Fordow and Natanz allegedly requires the 30,000 pound bunker busters of the US, and even if Israel had this type of munition they couldn't drop it on Iran's nuclear facilities because none of the Israeli fighter jets can carry it. The best Israel could do here without US involvement of B-2 or B-52 bombers would be to destroy all entrances, but that's only a temporary solution to Iran's nuclear ambitions.
