I want to go to seminary and become a Catholic priest

I would like to go to a Catholic seminary to see if i can become a Catholic priest but i dont know if its the right path for me i have no problem leaving my life my few personal possessions and being celibate i was an atheist recently but i come back to faith but i dont know if the priesthood is my calling has anyone here gone to the seminary? i would like some advice and guidance

I'm an Anglican priest.

I guess the first thing I'd say is that the process is long and involved, and for someone in your position, that's a gift. You can make initial enquiries and explore the possibility of ordination, without that meaning that you've made an irrevocably life commitment.

I'm not entirely sure how everything works in the Catholic system, but perhaps a good first step would be to speak to your own parish priest?

Yes, It is a long process that involves many people. One needs clergy recommendations to even get started.
