They don’t need the device to prove your humanity. The purpose of the unit is to identify the user with their activity on the internet. When you come online all they know is that someone is using the device at your address. They can analyze your writing to narrow it down and compare it with your tax records to identify the occupants but this is easier.

Everything you do is tied to your retina and since we’re creatures of habit the majority won’t alter their behavior. This is a necessary component for social credit and monitoring. You can pretend it won’t happen if you prefer or make changes in advance to minimize the fallout. You may want to modify your discourse and if you’re doing things you shouldn’t you should stop.

I would play close attention to legalities as well. This can be used to prove a lot that isn’t advantageous. For those who aren’t familiar with Sam Altman beyond Silicon Valley he’s also affiliated with the Bilderberg Group. You can see his name on the list with recent coverage of a meeting he attended in 2023 concerning Ai.

This is the stuff you should be discussing and how you’ll navigate these technologies in light of your beliefs. The ones who know are already preparing. What will you do?
