You might benefit from neurofeedback. I know it has helped me in the past. When I was much younger, I suffered from depression and anxiety. Neurofeedback is best done with a clinician, not on your own. If you've taken medication for years and it's not helping very well, you might need to try something different.
Another thing that helps is just doing stuff like regular walking, housework (washing dishes by hand), or playing musical instruments. Anything that gets your left and right hemispheres of your brain working together helps promote mental health. It's not a cure per se, but it's something that can be helpful.
