Biggest question: Does he think "immunity" only applies to him? If Joe Biden wasn't operating on all his cylinders (although he was obviously operating on a lot more cylinders than the current president) when he was in office, and if he authorized some pardons to non-violent offenders and preemptively to people of integrity and character he realized Trump would go after, so what?

That was covered by immunity. Immunity doesn't only go for presidents who take tours to the middle east picking up presidential planes as gifts and getting $1 billion to build hotels in Arabia. It doesn't only go for presidents who sell crypto coins, in themselves worthless, to unfriendly foreign nations who could threaten to tank his crypto stock by dumping their reserves of it. It doesn't only go for the real crimes happening daily in today's White House.

Yeah, it also goes for presidents who want to do the right thing but who are suffering a few effects of old age.

Kind of like the newly announced and now 5th investigation started on Hunter Biden, this is an exercise in the nonsensical. The pardons in question (Fauci, Milley, Jan 6th committee, etc) were long talked about in the Biden admin and spoken about by Biden when it occurred. To infer he didn't know what was going on is just more GOP machinations.
