If you haven’t heard, AppleTV+ has this new show called Your Friends & Neighbors. In a recent episode two characters break into a church, open the tabernacle, and snack on consecrated hosts while sitting in a pew. They even dip the hosts in jam.
It’s really disgusting and I can’t even bring myself to watch the scene.
If you want, CatholicVote has created a form letter expressing outrage over the scene, demanding that the episode be removed and Apple publicly apologize for the blasphemy, suggesting at the end that we’ll consider our future patronage of their brand based on their response.
As a life long Apple user I was gonna write my own letter but they honestly said everything I was gonna say anyway so I just used theirs.
