Whats the logic problem there?Typical liberal non logic.
Liberals aren’t accepting a Trojan horse from Qatar which will need more than its value in retrofitting to be usable by the President.Trump is but I doubt seriously that many liberals are.
It should be easy to be specific about a critique of logic. But youre not.Assumptions based on hatred of Trump.

An opinion based on hatred of Trump. Actually he is working strongly for the American people and to suggest he is not is pure liberal bias. His not taking a salary from us is symbolic of him not working for us.
A non logical opinion. Trump is President and owes us his faithful execution of his oath of office. Which he has done more positive for this nation in the short time he has been in office that any previous president. As it stands, he doesnt owe us anything because we're not paying him.
That is a completely delusional take on the current administration. An opinion based on hatred of Trump. Actually he is working strongly for the American people and to suggest he is not is pure liberal bias.

From the article: President Trump donates first quarter salary to VA
I certainly do not like Trump. But I want something that indicates he owes me (and all other citizens) his service. An opinion based on hatred of Trump. Actually he is working strongly for the American people and to suggest he is not is pure liberal bias.
His word has been demonstrated to mean nothing over and over again. So the oath is empty. Thats why I want the symbolic quid pro quo in the language he understands best: money.A non logical opinion. You have every right to express your “delusional” opinion. That is a completely delusional take on the current administration.
The president is a convicted felon and adjudicated rapist. A criminal in every sense of the word. NOTHING he is doing is "for the American people." It's all for the grift and power and to keep himself and his sycophants out of jail.
Unfortunately, forum rules prevent me from describing the adulation bestowed on him by his followers, but it's the most apt description possible to explain opinions such as yours and others on this forum and in the country. It doesn't make sense otherwise.
“Yes, as of May 2025, President Donald Trump has announced that he will donate his $400,000 annual presidential salary during his second term, continuing the practice from his first term. In a recent interview, Trump reaffirmed this commitment, stating he would forgo the salary and also decline the lifetime pension available to former presidents. “ And even his future pension such a money hungry politician . All of this liberal nonsense about him using the presidency to enrich himself is foolish talk. Trump has lost much wealth serving this nation .Trump donated most his salary the first term, but is he doing that this time?
More liberally biased baseless opinion. His word has been demonstrated to mean nothing over and over again. So the oath is empty. Thats why I want the symbolic quid pro quo in the language he understands best: money.
More liberally biased baseless opinion.
That people seem to be ignoring this is beyond me. We've all seen pictures of the inside of the 747. Opulent doesn't begin to describe it. But AirForce 1 isn't a flying hotel room. It's a mobile office and command post. The entirety of that plane will need to be gutted. Literally everything will have to be ripped out. The Qataris would have saved the US government a fortune if they'd just suggested that they gift a standard passenger 747 so at least it would have been quicker to remove the seats, toilets and galleys. And it still wouldn't be ready before the one Boeing is currently working on.Liberals aren’t accept a Trojan horse from Qatar which will need more than its value in retrofitting to be usable by the President.

Trump has seen the interior of the plane and thought 'Wow, fit for a king'. It's the only reason he wants it. I mean the guy is so transparent it's embarrassing.
Many of us haven't been ignoring that (including in the media and this board). The Qatari 747 is sitting unwanted on the tarmac in San Antonio. [As] the structure of that name may reveal, it is not in an Arab land, but in old "New Spain" province of Tejas. That people seem to be ignoring this is beyond me. This donation belongs to the country, the opposite of Qatar's gift to the Clintons:![]()

So the new air force one will belong to not to the office of president but to Donald Trump. A bribe pure and simple.
Is anyone surprised? No?![]()

To be used solely by Donald trump as it will be donated to his library after his term. No other president will have access to it.This donation belongs to the country, the opposite of Qatar's gift to the Clintons:
Clinton's charity confirms Qatar's $1 million gift while she was at State Department
The Clinton Foundation has confirmed it accepted a $1 million gift from Qatar while Hillary Clinton was U.S. secretary of state without informing the State Department, even though she had promised to let the agency review new or significantly increased support from foreign governments.
