He may be clueless around a firearm but qualified as expert rifleman. The currently serving Secretary of Defense dosen't even have the lowest marksman badge.

Clueless is a funny word. Someone who is clueless wouldn't know the difference between a rifle and a gun.

I think there's alot of dumb stereotypes at work when talking about what "the average guy" is supposedly like. Or perhaps this is meant to be a kind of gatekeeping about what makes a "real man". Either way, it's bunk and nonsense.

Democrats' mistake was not having more Tim Waltz. The "wierd" thing would have been something many people could relate to, as most of Trump's actual policies are unpopular. Kamala instead focused on issues that were very abstract, like "saving democracy", and it did nothing good for her poll numbers.

This is awful; the importance placed on the colour of who people will vote for in America is really sad. This guy should not have been chosen just because he was a specific colour.

How do we know there were no non-white, more qualified people for the role?

That's why I like the current administration and his Cabinet. Lots of diversity in that highly qualified bunch. Reminds me of my front yard in Michigan during winter. Pure, what America needs to look like.

President Trump made the similar decision to select Vice President Mike Pence. At that time, President Trump lacked credibility with white evangelical voters, so he chose Mike Pence, who “Code talk to white evangelical”.

Politicians often engage in these activities. President George W. Bush selected Dick Cheney because Cheney was “ Cold talk to national security voters”.

I am curious about the purpose of such articles or threads, apart from being politically biased and negative towards a specific political party. These types of threads and articles clearly demonstrate their bias.

I know many white men who have never been around guns or worked on a ranch, yet they demonstrate superior qualities compared to those who are familiar with guns and ranch work.
