If she won't do her job she should be fired.
Dugan was doing her job. Throwing out a phony warrant certainly qualifies. Maybe instead of arresting judges, the Trump administration could learn how to get their paperwork in order.

At the state level they typically have disciplinary committees that upon complaint make a decision as to how to discipline the judge. Firing is one option.
Feel free to look up the procedure for removal of a Wisconsin state circuit judge.

Yes, they are. The administration is going after the most violent of criminals that could have been arrested under the Biden regime.

There are 20 million and a lot of dangerous criminals to go, plus hundreds of thousands of women and children who have been trafficked. As was said, if other illegals are found along the way they also will be deported. As to cancer, I am sure out of 20 million people a number have diseases. I am sorry for them, but that does not change their status. I would hope that those who have not opened their hearts to the plight of so many would volunteer their time and money to help. If some specialist is needed he or she could fly to a foreign country. This disaster, with and estimated over ten million allowed in during the Biden administration, has caused a lot of death and destruction. It is time to end it.

In the light of this administration's actions and you response, I have to,assume that the "violent criminals" are just the gilding of the pill, but the purpose is to deport everybody, independent of morality, age, health status etc.
Are you comfortable with letting a 4 years old deny its opportunity of a cancer treatment under the guise of "violent criminals"?

Don't deny the 4 year old treatment. Did you know there are fine doctors and hospitals in other countries? With all of the publicity and all of the free care offered for children it is hard to believe people will not step up. You're not going to hear about the compassion of the Trump administration much on CNN or MSNBC. There were just nine people admitted into the United States on the southern border. The Trump people felt four of them did not look healthy and let them in so they could get medical care. Contrast that with the Obamas who did not allow their land on one of their estates in Martha's Vineyard to be used by immigrants who needed just a temporary place to stay.

How did they get over Trump's wall?

Throwing out a fake warrant is breaking the law?
The judge had every right to give her opinion about the warrant and was not breaking the law UNTIL she committed a felony by sneaking the suspect out the jury door in an attempt to evade federal law enforcement officers. She did not resist arrest as they handcuffed her so that's a plus for her.

ICE's warrants are purely administrative, they do not have the same legal status as warrants issued by actual judges.

Hannah Dugan is a Roman Catholic and has been involved with Wisconnsin Catholic Charities in the past. This may be a case of Justice Dugan being a prisoner of conscience and the Trump administration persecuting a Christian for their religious convictions.

Wisconsin State Supreme Court ain't messing around with that judge who broke the law.
It is a temporary suspension, probably normal for judges that are accused of a crime. I am sure when she beats this in court she will be back on the bench.

They are still a warrant which allows them to take a person into custody. Otherwise, what's the point.

She is not going to beat this in court. She broke the law, plain and simple.

It can be argued that she didn't. She directed them to a person who could decide on the administrative warrant. And letting the accused exit out a different door to avoid people waiting for themis a common practice in many courtrooms.

But, it is up to the course now.

I get this feeling we're going to have to explain "no bill" in two weeks.

Based on what? I disagree and gave reasons earlier in the thread, so what is your basis for claiming that she broke the law, other than she did not allow ICE to arrest him in the courtroom (which appears not to be allowed based on courthouse rules or even state law)?

She aided and abetted his attempt to escape from ICE and an ICE warrant. She broke the law.

In what way? Particularly since he was arrested outside the courthouse? And, again, per what we know of the law, as well as courthouse rules, the warrant was not valid in the courthouse (being only an administrative warrant).
