I've been pretty busy these past few weeks, so I haven't had much time to post on this thread. Besides the daily grind and duties, shortly after Christmas, I began to make plans to celebrate my mom's birthday later this month. I even designed and printed a floral wrapping paper that I will use for her presents!

I'm also designing some Valentine's Day-themed products for one of my Etsy shops that I hope to release soon!

I hope to show pictures of my two designs on my CF art thread soon.

Wow, you made your own wrapping paper? That's so cool! I would absolutely love to see pictures of the wrapping paper and Valentine's Day products if you want to share them!

Aw, thanks!

I just posted pictures of my Valentine's Day products in my art thread, but my wrapping paper hasn't arrived in the mail yet (a company is printing it for me). I'll be sure to post pictures of it, though, when I get it! And thanks for the well-wishes for my mom!

I can get overwhelmed when I revise my stories. I feel as though the job never ends when it comes to finding typos. But I really want to try harder to produce chapters for my stories faster, so I have to try to figure out a more efficient process... :ahem:

I can totally relate to this! Sometimes it takes me a while to find mistakes in my writing. I was just reading through chapter 2 of my current story again recently, when I suddenly noticed I forgot to add a new paragraph when a different character spoke at one point! :waaah:

I've heard of some writers having help from other people who proofread their work. If you ever want any help with proofreading, I'd be willing to do it!

I know! I'm so embarrassed when I re-read a chapter of mine several times and still find all these stupid, little mistakes in it! :noooo:

My sister helps me proofread, and she's a huge help. But if I need another opinion, I'll let you know! I always notice how well-written your stories are when it comes to sentence construction, grammar, etc.! And if you ever need any help with your stories, I'm here! ^_^

Same here! The worst thing is when you're writing a story on paper and you notice a mistake, but it's too late to fix it because you already wrote several pages after that! :ueee:

I'm going to take a break from CF for a while (maybe about a week?). I wrote chapter 4 of my story a while ago, but it really needs to be revised. I'm also working on a website to showcase my art, which is a big project...

Your flowers are so pretty! I'm glad they're doing well. I love the purple petunias!

The daisies and the petunias weren't doing very well a few months ago. But I transplanted the petunias to a more shady spot in my backyard, and then I trimmed all the dead daisies down. They both eventually bloomed really nicely after that! :hoho:
