The US side submitted a new proposal to Ukraine, which puts the country even more under the control of the United States and indefinitely appropriates the profits of its mineral wealth and other sectors of the economy. In the meantime, some of the world's media have also accessed the document. According to Bloomberg, one of the US's goals is to take over all of Ukraine's resources and block Europe's access to them and, as a result, prevent Kiev from joining the EU.
