I never complain about being on dialysis, even though I can't find regular work and have to work on my feet in a restaurant til almost midnight. It's brutal, but I'm thankful to at least have a job. I would leave the dialysis center at 1:30, get to work at 2:30 and get home after midnight. I was EXHAUSTED...but still thankful to at least have a job.
However, a few weeks ago, my cat was diagnosed with a tumor. So, I started doing Uber to pay for the surgery. No complaints - at least I can do Uber and pay for his surgery, which is a huge blessing. I had almost enough for the surgery when my car, which was very well-taken care of with only 50K miles on it, suddenly had all the lights on the dash come on. I can't resume Uber until the car issue is fixed.
Then, I came home tonight to find an apartment flooded from a pipe leak. It just seems like one thing after another. Please pray for me. I feel overwhelmed.
