  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

The Supreme Court has previously ruled on the Alien Enemies Act and obviously the judge is way beyond his authority in these rulings.

Incorrect. She is following the law.
She condemn a judge who is following the law. If she wants to follow the law then she needs to inform her boss what the law is an tell him to comply.

Telling Trump to comply with the law? That's a fireable offense!

-- A2SG, not like he hired her for that.....

Which rulings do you refer to? There were a few but none that would apply to the present. The court is within its authority to apply a temporary injunction until it can review the case.

LOL, it got others fired but that is their sworn duty.
Look what happened to the last couple of attorneys general Trump had during his last term, one was fired for not interfering with an investigation into Trump, and the other resigned after admitting there was no evidence of fraud in the election Trump lost.

Trump doesn't like being told what he wants is against the law, especially by those sworn to do exactly that.

-- A2SG, could be why he's been found guilty in court so often....

Yes, we'll start by pardoning all the seditionists. There is no group more emboldened by the election of Trump and the selection of Bondi than these same kind of domestic terrorist militia groups that try to kidnap Governors and stash cache's of arms at hotels if needed to overthrown the government.

Incorrect, the judge is doing exactly what the Constitution gives them authority to do.
The judge is violating the Constitution. Lower court judges don't have the authority to control Executive Branch military flights nor take over the responsibilities of a duly elected President of the United States. Conspiring to do so is a violation of law and the judge can be prosecuted.

Please state the federal statute against domestic terrorism, along with penalties.
=======
BTW, I believe that all act of violence (not in self-defense, especially those involving coordinated attacks with Molotov cocktails should be punished to the full extent of the law.
=======
Should the nonviolent protest at a Tesla dealership be punished as terrorism? Of course not, and the Supreme Court will agree. Violent protest should be punished.

oxymoron

If the judge is not following law, the ruling should be appealed
It is being appealed. However, the admittedly biased judge ain't following the law.

Lol, incorrect. The judge rules on the case brought before them. It the defendant doesn't like the verdict, they appeal to the next court.

That judge made his decision with his own political bias.
