My advice is the same: go a local Christian singles group that is affiliated with a local church that you agree with, preferably your own. Look for Godly women at local marriage conferences and local churches in your area. May the Lord be with you.

Dear Lord,
I pray that you would bless Theophilus on his journey to find a Godly wife who is faithful to You. Guard him from the foolish woman who does not know You, the gossiping woman with her many questions, and the violent woman who is a storm of fighting. Keep him from the lazy woman who cannot take care of his needs, and the loose woman who does not want a relationship. Guard his heart and eyes from these, and bring him to the faithful woman You have prepared, one knowledgeable in Your Word, who is willing to put in the hard work to build a solid relationship and a godly home for their children.

There is none of these in my country.

Adam does not know he needs Eve till he’s given Eve. Adam is given Eve when he’s fulfilling God’s role for him, including caring for what he’s already been given & walking w/ God. Eve comes last. Today we want Eve first. That's not how it works in God's order

I'm sorry, I didn't check your country before responding. May the Lord guide you to what you need to do, but there is a significant Christian population in Lebanon. You may need to visit multiple churches or youth groups or however Christians gather in Lebanon.

If you want to know if the Lord wants you to get married or not, first of all, don't aggressively pursue marriage. Don't even think about it. Keep the desire at the back of your mind.

I'm not telling you to abandon desires. Just don't let it become an idol. Sadly, many Christians fall into that state and when they hear an answer they think it's from God when the answer simply came from their own mind by failing to control their strong desires.

Strong desires that escapes our control can make you unable to discern another person or spirit. You might listen to the wrong spirits, fall in love with the wrong person (who may not be evil, just the wrong person for you)

Find contentment in being single, in whatever state you are. Even if you do nothing, the Lord can send your way the right person for you. Even if not, if you're content in every situation. It wouldn't be a problem.

Controlling your desires is of utmost importance. If you can't control it, that's the "voice" you will hear and not the Lord.

Sometimes you will never get an answer from the Lord but the Lord is still working on your life and contentment will get you through. Don't pursue things, control your desires, and be content.

Yes, many Christians by name, and most of them Traditionalists who do not believe the Word of God.

Which churches or youth groups should I visit?

I am content as I am, by His Grace. I am 45. I am waiting for the Lord. And I am taking advice from my brothers and sisters, and I am asking them to pray with me.

I believe it has two meanings, because Christ is the living "Word of God" and Scripture as recorded in the Bible is also the Word of God.

So when I say "believe the Word of God", I mean both that the person believes what Christ said in the 4 Gospels and also what God has said in both Old and New Testament Scripture. It also carries along with it the heavy implication that the person believes the Gospel of Jesus Christ and is thus a saved Christian, because it is difficult to believe that the entire content of the Bible is true and not accept the Gospel.

With that being said, I live in the United States, and therefore am not proving to be much help. You may want to look for other Reformational Armenian Apostolic Churches in Lebanon and elsewhere, because that increases the probability that you will find a wife that shares your beliefs.

Ironically, the chances of finding a Godly wife is better among countries where Christians are heavily persecuted.

But I don't know if Lebanon is one of those countries that persecute Christians.

Persecuted badly like high incidence of attacks which can be physical against Christians, against their possessions. Sometimes even killed.

I think it depends on what part of Lebanon you're living in. In the Northern part of the country, I don't think Christians are getting persecuted.

Down south where Hezbollah runs the show is another matter altogether - violent Muslims down there. Also, from most of the pictures I've seen, those Muslims are all men. That's a really bad spot to be looking for a wife.

A trip to Israel might not be such a bad idea though.
