Defenders of the official narrative accuse those who ask such questions of being conspiracists. But until those questions are answered, our understanding of January 6—no matter our political leanings—will be incomplete.

I was watching multiple live feeds at the event that day. I saw what was going on outside, and what was going on inside, live. I didn't see every possible angle, but what I saw was not what I would call an insurrection. Far from it.

Democrats did not weaponize the DOJ. They indicted the 100% guilty, including the current president.
Patel, on the other hand, is doing complete purges...and the idea of prosecuting Schiff, Congressional truth teller and justice seeker, is crazy

He included Pelosi and the mayor. He didn't include McConnell (head of the other chamber of congress) or any of the law enforcement officials responsible for the Capitol. Why not? Because

McConnell doesn't have any authority over the capitol police force.

However, these other questions are more important and more relevant concerning the events of January 6th, 2021.

Why did Democrat congressional leaders turn down repeated offers of National Guard troops to protect the Capitol that day? Why was security so lax outside the Capitol despite expectations of a large demonstration? How many FBI informants and other undercover federal law enforcement officials were in the crowd? What communication did the FBI or FBI informants have with protest organizers ahead of the event? Why wasn’t then-Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund told there were federal informants in the crowd? Why did the U.S. Capitol Police open the doors and allow demonstrators into the building? Why did federal law enforcement authorities demand cell phone location data for the thousands of people who were outside the Capitol but broke no laws? Why does the FBI still have no idea who planted the pipe bombs near the headquarters of the Republican National Committee and the Democratic National Committee on the evening of January 5?

What I wonder is why the National Guard troops were parked outside Washington, D.C. for three hours after the insurrection started while Trump sat in a party trailer enjoying refreshments and watching everything on TV--without calling them in. None of those other questions are relevant. He was the person responsible to call them up, the nation's commander-in-chief. Once again, attempts are made to shift blame to everyone except the person responsible.

Remember, Congress has two chambers, not one. The Capitol Police Board that oversees the capitol police includes the Sergeant at Arms from EACH chamber.
