I've heard God speaking to me through people on this forum, through my children, through secular music, through those that I've disagreed with, through friends, through those who have used me and the list goes on.
I mean seriously, if God can use a donkey to speak to someone (I wonder if that donkey had a preexisting relationship with Balaam to correct him?) certainly He can use anyone or anything we come in contact with to speak to us. We need to learn to listen and discern His voice.
Lol, a year back or so I didn't go to church, people said bad things about me, I was offended, I forgave them but I didn't want to go to that church anymore, so I didn't go for some weeks or two, three months. Comes my kid (his dad preaches there), he tells me while I'm lying in my bed: Mommy, daddy says that if you never go to a church that's from the devil.
I said: Yeah I'll go, I'll go to grandma's church (impossible, too far away). My son says: But dad's church is really the best church there is!!!! Lol anyway, I came since that sunday and the problems with those women vanished.
