  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Yesterday I drove myself to see the surgeon. The twisting I have to do getting in and out and the walking I had to do put me in pain.
Today I can't stand up without help.-
I was doing so much better.
Please pray for me and that I don't have any drug interactions

I went to a vascular surgeon yesterday. I have cellulitis and lymphedema. I have to go back for an ultrasound next week.
I’m in a lot of pain walking with the walker and I have come down with something, it may be flu

No improvement. I’m on antibiotics for the cellulitis but it’s gotten worse. It’s leaking. I had to reschedule a few appointments because I had no one available to take me. I can’t get in and out of the car by myself anymore. Someone has to lift my left leg

I went to a lymphedema clinic yesterday and I go to the vascular surgeon today. My wife takes me but I'm going to try lifting my leg with exercise bands to get in the car.
I'm going to have to get myself to appointments

The bands work. I can get in and out of the car by myself but it's a struggle getting my walker out and walking with it.
Thanks for the prayers, I need them Friday and next week as I go to appointments by myself

Thank you, with the nerve pain in the left leg and needing a knee replacement on the right it's tough
