  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

The Supreme Court never freed Nixon from accountability in 1973, even though his crimes were laughably minor compared to Trump's.
As a matter of fact, Ford had to pardon him.
Trump didn't commit any crimes. All the charges brought against him were by the political left.
The American voters saw it and voted accordingly in this election.

Nixon on the other hand, left office in exchange for not being prosecuted.

Being given immunity does not mean that no crimes are committed.

Based on the preponderance of evidence available in numerous videos (showing him committing the crime of inciting insurrection), articles, books, interviews of witnesses, etc. I (and at least 50% of American voters, considering that he is a "plurality president") believe he is guilty. Due to a biased court decision, with half the judges granting immunity appointed by the defendant himself, he will never be tried.

Immunity doesn't mean the crimes weren't committed--all 89 federal felony indictments. It just means $100 million worth of lawyers can buy freedom from all but God's judgment, but not innocence.
