Please pray for greater religious freedom in Bhutan. Christian converts can be exposed to harsh treatment from their family and local community, including losing their jobs or being disinherited. Bhutanese culture is very communal and the protection of family is paramount, so being ostracised by relatives has a significant impact on a convert’s life.

Praise God for the large numbers among the Sudanese diaspora who have come to Christ in neighbouring countries. Pray for their protection and that they will stand strong as new believers and share their faith with their families and wider community.
