Yep. I can.
Hesal III Inhabitants:
The Xa'na are an alien species, roughly 5'7" tall and have a gray skin with rough facial features. Some Xa'na have skin with large dark spots, while others have nearly white skin. Xa'na people in 2024 have a culture similar to humans, and similar technology, just a few decades more advanced compared to ours, with some technology that is way more advanced compared to ours.
Hesal IV Inhabitants:
The Hesalians are an alien species, roughly 6 ft tall that have the capability of reading minds, and telepathy. Hesalians do not have a brain, as the entire layer under their acts as a brain (decentralized nervous system), similar to an octopus. These folks are allergic to electromagnetic signals, so their dwellings need to be designed as a Faraday cage. Hesalians had to evacuate their home world of Hesal IV (Hesalia) to Hesal III (Xanadu) during a disaster in 14,293 BC which wiped out most of the atmosphere of Hesalia.
Real-world example of decentralized nervous system (Octopus):
An octopus does not think with its arms, per say, but it comes pretty close. The majority of octopuses’ neurons are not centrally located in their heads, but rather spread throughout their bodies.
