I think so, as long as he repents and his congregation knows about it. He will be unlikely to commit adultery again.

- What is the impact on the congregation and the pastor's family?
- 1Tm 3:2 An overseer must be above reproach, the husband of one wife, sober-minded, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach.
