This is absurd. When I do work for people I give them one bill for labor and materials. Everything you buy in life is one bill one price. They made a mockery of the criminal justice system. But liberals have mocked justice from the beginning. Esp Biden has got away with corrupting our constitution. Because he was Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee. This will get thrown out by a higher court because it is up to the senate and the congress if they want to impeach a president. Which they failed to do.

This was a criminal trial, so it was held in a criminal court.
It was not an impeachment, so it was not held in the Congress.

It's the law. Trump is great at getting out of trouble, but his cognitive difficulties are slowing him down, and it's starting to catch up with him.

Trump isn't a president, and wasn't when he committed those crimes. And Congress has no power whatever over state courts. It's still a democracy here. His guys are trying to fix that, but so far haven't had much luck.

Actually NO he is NOT. It does not matter what the finding were in the Kangaroo court, Until the appeal process concludes, the individual remains legally innocent. The outcome of the appeal will determine their status. So you are spreading false information.

After a person has been convicted, the issues on appeal may be more limited, and there is a presumption that the trial court was correct in its conviction.

This titled has not age well. The Democratic Party moved on from Biden with minimal freakout. As a matter of fact, the republicans are freaking out more with their accusations of democrat on democrat disenfranchisement and Trump alerting the FEC Biden over letting Harris use his PAC cash.
