There are so many charges they could have charged him with., the fact he is found guilty of so much lesser charges does not really matter.

Hunter Biden has been convicted of all three felony charges related to the purchase of a revolver in 2018 when, prosecutors argued, the president’s son lied on a mandatory gun-purchase form by saying he was not illegally using or addicted to drugs.
Just like when Trump pardoned his buddies who scammed his supporters out of millions for a wall that was never built.
Biden has stated explicitly that he will not pardon Hunter. I can imagine a scenario where if he were to lose the 2024 election he would reneg on that in january before leaving office or possibly if hunter is still incarcerated when his second term ends. I wouldn't be shocked by either.
Biden already has said he wasnt going to do that. Oh well. Does anyone care if hunter is going to jail? Probably his family and anyone obsessed with hunter for some reason. If he's found guilty by a jury of his peers and he's sentenced to jail time for crimes committed.....good.
