Wow, that is a beautiful mountain man. Wish that Wisconsin had this scenery. From Google Maps, it appears that this peak is around 3400 ft (1100 m) above sea level. I am not good with motorcycles, but I looked up the Fat Bob, and apparently, Harley discontinued the bike this year in 2024. Hopefully, you can still get parts for your bike for many years.Took my Fat Bob to the Rockyknob after work today...

New stuff always has to be filled with too much digital tech. It detracts from the experience. At least 2014 was slightly before the era where everything had to have a touch screen. I am hoping that you can get two decades or more out of these bikes. So, what drove you (pun intended) to get two bikes instead of using one, as one bike is cheaper to operate compared to two? Also, what are the miles on the odometer for each?I have two bikes...

2014 Ultra 110 CI Chrome
Hoping to keep them both many more years as I am not interested in the newer models. I have also had the Ultra up on the Rocky Knob as well. Beautiful time of year for a bike ride!

Though owning two bikes may sound excessive... Back ten years ago you could get them at 1/2 what they sell for now. If I were to buy a 2024 Tobacco Fade Ultra Limited I would have to trade both bikes and still have to pay $10,000 on top of that.New stuff always has to be filled with too much digital tech. Also, what are your thoughts on electric motorcycles? I know that Brammo made one in the 2010s, and Harley released one in the 2020s. I am not a fan of electric bikes for folks who prefer long range trips. But, these bikes could work for short range trips and save on gas after a while. But, if one really wants a green bike, the Germans got stuff up their sleeves, an electrofuel which has the same chemical composition as gasoline, but it is expensive. But hey, current gasoline motorcycles are already pretty green.

Man, you were lucky. A decade later, these bikes are almost $40K. Hence, another reason why 2014 > 2024. Man, I don't wanna sound doom and gloom, but things were better for everyone, or at least in America and Europe in 2014. So yeah, keep these bikes in good condition, cos nothing will be at lower prices anymore.Though owning two bikes may sound excessive... Wow, that is beautiful. That church and land look beautiful, and much nicer compared to many churches.Spent an hour at the Frog Pond and then drove the Pilot Rd. My Gosh! What beauty! Farms, churches, gardens, flowers, and also nice to see what they did to the old Union Valley Pentecostal Holiness Church!
