You are right, Germany has weak jail sentences...
Germany has a similar issue to the US, with a group of neo-Nazis. Neo-Nazis are supposed to get charged, and thrown in jail, but if Hoecke gets convicted, he will only serve 90 days in prison. What a weaksauce sentence, if you ask me. I'd give him at least 5 years in jail.
