She has just been through major surgery and will be recuperating in the hospital till Saturday. In addition to healing I would ask that the Holy Spirit send someone special to visit her. I'm unable to unfortunately. She's been rejected by most of her family and it would be great if she knows someone cares.

Thank you so much folks. God did one better. Janie called one of her sisters and told her and she scolded her for not telling her sooner, and said she would pray for her. I don't think she told anyone because she didn't tell me about it till after the surgery was done. She doesn't want to be a burden to anyone. Please say another prayer with me that God will bring more and more friends into her life so she'll learn it's OK to bear each other's burdens!

Another update:

Big praises because God again did one better, Janie allowed some friends to take care of her while she recuperated enough to go home - which she did today.

Added prayer request: she is still throwing up a little, and bleeding from her stiches. Please pray for wisdom for her doctor, she's calling him today.
