Brooklyn rappers accused of murder conspiracy join Donald Trump at Bronx rally

Rappers Sheff G and Sleepy Hallow — who were indicted last year as part of an investigation into a vast murder conspiracy by two Brooklyn gangs — exchanged warm words with the presumptive GOP presidential nominee in Crotona Park.

Sheff G, known to the government as Michael Williams, was out on bail set last month at $150,000 cash or $1 million bond for conspiracy charges and multiple counts of murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon in the case covering 27 different acts of violence — including a dozen shootings.

Thirty other members of the 8 Trey Crips and the 9 Ways gangs — which allegedly teamed up to wage a yearslong campaign of violence in Brooklyn — were involved in the criminal case against Sheff G and Sleepy Hallow, Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez said last year.

Clearly just more victims of Biden’s two tiered criminal justice system. It’s no surprise Trump resonates with them.

Seems that Trump is a gang leader also, leading his cult to their doom. This article from May 2016 says that Trump had ties to the mob. Look's like we got an Al Capone running for president.

Black men indicted for murder.
How does that reflect against Trump though? Is it supposed to mean he knew who they were, and wanted guys indicted for murder to share the stage with him? Or is supposed to imply that the kind of black people who support Trump are murderers?

Oh. Criticism that has been earned is not bashing. It is truth telling.
But you are right. Saying "orange man bad" when there is enough material for a book is intellectually lazy.

What happened to innocent until proven guilty?

Aren't people just seeing these two young black men from the Bronx, who happen to enjoy singing and community policing when they aren't at church, through the lens of their own racism?

What happened to the black man is oppressed and unjustly prosecuted by the white man?

exchanged warm words with the presumptive GOP presidential nominee in Crotona Park.

If we were honest we would realize that a hastily thrown together rally (3 days from the invite to the former President to the rally in the Bronx) didn't have much vetting of the participants.

Apparently the Secret Service didn't even do much to clear the question, are you going to try and murder Trump when close enough....

So I'm pretty sure this isn't some kind of a weird tacit endorsement by Trump of gang violence in New York.

He didn't know anything about those men is my bet. Just that they were rap singers, and there were many speakers there who weren't indicted for murder, who were upstanding members of their community as well.

I do have to note though, after seeing what New York is doing to Trump maybe there's something to the stuff about "the man" in these cities. There's sure some corrupt people (Judges, prosecutor's etc) running them. I don't suppose I trust anymore that anyone is getting a fair shake in court in these Democratic party run cities.

If they do this to the former President of the United States what on earth are they doing to the regular guy? We just don't know.
