1. Fanie Willis under investigation herself.
2. Jack Smith possible evidence tampering.
3. Alvin Bragg can't even define what the charges are. Judge is a compromised disaster.

All of these should be dropped and if it were not Trump they never would have even been charged.

$50 million dollars (and counting) of legal fees (paid for by campaign contributions) buys an awful lot of obstruction (and one W. Palm Beach judge.)
His guilt is pretty much a given, so they file briefs, postponements, accuse the prosecutors, accuse the judges, appeal, demand mistrials, etc. Hoping for a win in November until Mr. Trump can pardon himself.

How much guiltier and more corrupt could he seem?

Being pardoned requires an admission of guilt, I've been told.

So should he get a chance, there will be an awful lot of embarrassed, shamefaced voters realizing they have elected a criminal as president--despite the six foot high neon warning signs.

At least the current trial and his civil rulings labeling him a tax fraud and sexual assailant are beyond Trump's reach.

And the Georgia trial, if necessary, can have a Willis replacement good to go when he is next impeached...should he win.

Why should we waste time with a trial. You already convicted him. Just go ahead and pronounce your sentence.

He is entitled to a trial. He is presumed innocent, although his outrageous behavior and horrifying history make it difficult.

Sadly, his "defense" attorneys have concluded that his alleged actions are indefensible, and that there only alternatives are to obstruct, postpone, ask for mistrials, file briefs, dig up dirt about the prosecutors and judges and try to make the case about their alleged failings, etc.

We must be looking at different cases. This sham trial has yet to fully identify a crime much less prove one. Stormy was a disaster to the prosecution, Cohen will be worse. I know you are hopeful but you may be disappointed.

Cohen and Daniels have some faults, but their information is corroborated by written evidence and more mundane witnesses.
The crimes are involved with hiding the payments disguising them as legal costs and illegal campaigning.
And the evidence is there--without Cohen's or Daniels' testimony.

Thank goodness there are capable prosecutors--making a lot less than Trump's flim-flam team-- fighting for truth, accountability, and the American people.

It's called exposing corruption in the system.

The first time he said he'd drain the swamp he turned the Potomac into the Everglades.

He didn't "expose" corruption. He created so much you couldn't turn on the news without some new Trump administration scandal appearing. Corruption became commonplace. Ubiquitous.

If Mr. Trump's lawyers can only get him off by digging up dirt on the prosecutor and judge, he is either 110% guilty or his lawyers are incompetent.

In this case, since they are being paid $50 million (through campaign contributions of ordinary people whose support Mr. Trump is unworthy of), it is surely the former.

It seems to me if those people turn out to be corrupt, it's likely the cases they're running and presiding over are too. Actually that's pretty much the default outcome.

Are OK with Biden doing the same thing?

As far as "digging up dirt" They really don't have to do much digging. The dirt is there for everyone to see. This judge and DA are so corrupt even liberal legal scholars are pointing it out!

Thank goodness there are capable prosecutors-
Did you miss the topic of this thread. Those so called "capable" prosecutors have so many issues themselves these case are going nowhere fast. Even if the corrupt NY case gets a conviction all reputable legal scholars have no doubt it will be overturned on appeal. Actually that is the liberal goal, to get a conviction to try and taint Trump . They have no care that it will overturned, the left just wants a political ad out of it.

Corrupt politics at its best!
-making a lot less than Trump's flim-flam team--
They are making way too much for their corrupt attack Trump campaign.
fighting for truth,
These cases are perverting truth for political expediency.
accountability,
Truth will prevail in the end and this corrupt get Trump crusade will ultimately fail.
and the American people.
You wrongfully Judge the majority of the American people who do see the unfairness in these cases . The get trump crusade has only one purpose and it is failing miserably and that is to hurt Trumps re-election campaign or try to knock him out of the race . The plan is failing and he is only growing stronger.

Aren't there jurors in these trials?
