Among his adherents, probably not very much. The courts have shown him to be a fraud in the past and there are several historical bankruptcies and those had no impact.

Why would I believe Donald Trump will pay this debt? I cannot fathom the possibility this obligation will be fulfilled at all. Mr Trump has attempted to delay all his obligations till he is dead in order to avoid them all. I can't imagine Donald Trump paying this debt. Incarceration is the only option to deter him from his inability to obey and respect American laws. He doesn't learn anything like normal, well adjusted adults do. Except how to exploit our legal system!

There is. It was started by Elena Cardone. So far it has raised about $216,000. That is 0.06% of its of goal of $355,000,000. Gofundme doesn't allow fundraisers for criminal fines, but the head of gofundme said this fundraiser is allowed because it is a civil judgement.
