That picture was taken in a bar on the Mekong river in Luang Prabang in Laos. I know because I was there two weeks ago with Mrs Bradskii and there's a couple of pictures on the wall outside showing that cool dude drinking the coconut on the deck of that bar. Now whether it had a shot of something added...I don't know.

There's no link to an article in the OP. Did the rules change to we're supposed to hunt down the source of the story? Maybe you understand the context of what I was getting at now.
He doesn't appear to be a satirist. His twitter feed is the usual conservative outrage bait, currently fixated on that boy who wore face paint during a chiefs game, and the shows he hosts on Fox News are billed as normal talk shows.
