The point is quite valid. You're just looking at from the wrong point in the timeline. This can be readily checked in lockup.

Maybe you mean what we believe is is a man or a woman. But if the person standing next to me at the urinal looks like a woman, I may, depending on the venue, do a quick double take, but otherwise...no problem. And if the same person was to use the women's rest room where my wife just went in then again...no problem. They're both doing their own thing in separate cubicles.

I woman with a beard rung up my purchase at a dollar store. She wasn't pretending to be a man. She didn't seem to care much about her appearance. I prayed that she had a good man in her life. I wouldn't dare complain about her.

Nonsense. I've worked closely with the Police. It's their job to investigate and arrest (stop) suspicious activity. A jury and/or judge determeines whether or not a law has been broken.

If someone complains that a man (who is actually a woman) is tresspassing in the women's restroom; the police investigate; and the alleged man can't, or isn't willing, to convince the police that the allegation is an error; then they are within their right to arrest her, to sort the matter out.

A beard does not make a man. There were many telling clues to indicate that she is a woman. Her voice alone made it clear; but then I have an outstanding ear. I can hear all sorts of things that most others can't. That said, even a mediocre ear wouldn't struggle to discern her gender if put to a test.

The man is actually a woman? Then what's to complain about? Has someone been peeking over the top of a cubicle to check which women have what sort of genitalia? Someone can complain if there is suspicious activity. A woman using a cubicle in a women's rest room ain't it.

Looks like to make a complaint you need to determine if it's a guy or a gal, and then decide if he or she is transgender and then decide which way he or she is transgendering. This is such a mess of impressions, nonsensical notions and barely credible opinions that I guess we're now down to what you cringingly refer to as the dinky dangler. You'll need to check on that before you can make any decisions.

And the person in Wal-Mart? 'Excuse me, officer. This person just used the women's rest room and she has a husky voice!'
