If you’re fasting against witchcraft and to be delivered can you fast in the afternoon say around 12pm or 14pm however the fast is 7days

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
Can I begin my fast in the afternoon instead of the morning

The fasting is up to you ….
The fasting against witchcraft comes from people who want to sell books ….not from the Word of God.
Witchcraft is real …. devil spirits are real …..But God is Really Real and substantially more powerful. What you have been given at the new birth is the power of God to enact (in the name of Jesus Christ) the rebuking of all devil spirits and darkness from your life (and others that God may instruct you to do.)
I know what scriptures this fasting stuff is pulled from…. both of which are questionable (the entire verse in Matt and the word fasting in Mark) which I won’t elaborate on now.
The focus... in the context of those scripture is Faith/Believing.....Nothing to do with fasting
→Mar 9:23 Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth…… And
→Mat 17:20 And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: ...
I don’t know exactly what you are dealing with but I can promise you that ….while fasting may be beneficial in some areas of your physical life …it will do nothing against spiritual darkness. You have more power in your baby toe to rebuke darkness and claim a hedge of protection around you ….than years of fasting will ever accomplish. It is God in Christ …………….IN YOU! Just speak with the power and authority you have ….and it’s done.

We call it breakFAST because you have already been fasting for 12 hours in the morning. You can begin a 7 day fast whenever you want. Whatever works out best for you. The idea is to deny self so we can live for God. I am not suppose to fast for medical reasons. But that just means I can not go more than 24 hours. If I just eat once a day that is fine with the doctors and nurses. I lost 150 pounds once just eating one meal a day.
