President Biden used at least three email aliases during his time as vice president in the Obama administration, a move that has ramped up congressional scrutiny of his involvement in his son’s foreign business deals.

White House records show that Mr. Biden used the name “Robert L. Peters” while serving as vice president. House investigators say Mr. Biden also disguised his name on emails using the pseudonyms “Robin Ware” and “JRB Ware,” a play on his middle name and initials paired with his home state of Delaware.

Mr. Biden has not explained why he used the aliases, but the tactic has raised the suspicions of House investigators who are probing the Biden family’s foreign business deals and how extensive a role Mr. Biden played in securing them while he was vice president and after leaving office

The pseudonymous emails were all .gov address weren't they? That meant they were all created by the government and are liable to being FOIAed. That seems an odd way to try and hide some sort of corrupt action.

Yes, Biden was trying to hide these emails so he turned them over to NARA as Vice Presidential Records (under the Presidential Records Act), where the records would be made available to the public. What a criminal mastermind, to make his emails using a fake name public -- I'll be wondering how this makes any sense, trying to conceal records by turning them over to NARA so they can be viewed by the public.

Yeah, no kidding. Maybe it just makes sense to have an email address that isn't screaming "HI THIS IS FROM THE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES" to get things done.

We will have to wait and see if Republicans move forward with and Impeachment Inquiry .... so far they are just "jacking their jaws" (like usual)

Things they have said does warrant them to looking into it ... whether they do or not remains to be seen.

who was impeached twice
- for trying to coerce a foreign nation to declare an investigation (without evidence) into his political opponent
- for instigating and/or giving comfort to insurrectionists attacking the change of power resulting from a free and fair election.
Has been found guilty of
- Sexual assault (in a civil case)
Is currently indicted 4 times for a total of 91 criminal charges
- For illegal campaign contributions in trying to payoff a woman he cheated on his wife with new born baby with
- For illegally taking presidential documents including highly classified documents, and lying and hiding them from the government
- For instigating and/or giving comfort to a violent insurrection
- For colluding with an illegal fraudulent electors scheme in an attempt to get the Vice President to throw out millions of legitimate votes and ultimately steal the election.

Mr. Biden used at least three email aliases while serving as vice president, and House investigators sought access to the messages this month as part of their probe into whether he engaged in illegal influence peddling.

Some of the emails to Mr. Biden inexplicably copy in his son, Hunter Biden, including a scheduling email about a May 2016 call between the vice president and then-Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko. Hunter Biden was serving on the board of a Ukrainian energy company at the time.

Thousands of Mr. Biden’s disguised emails were first disclosed by the Southeastern Legal Foundation, which has been seeking the records since 2022 under the Freedom of Information Act.

The foundation filed a federal lawsuit Monday to obtain the records.
