  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Did Jesus understand human sexual desire?

I think so, Matthew 5:
27“You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’ 28 But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lustful intent has already committed adultery with her in his heart.

Adultery has to do with sexual desire. If Jesus did not understand sexual desire, he would have been denouncing something that he didn't understand.

Would you sexually desire any clay figures you created if you had an opportunity to enter their world and become a clay figure along side them?

How would he have not understood? He created us, so wouldnt he have created the natural desires there should be between a man and a woman in order to procreate?

Proverbs 5:18 -19 Let thy fountain be blessed: and rejoice with the wife of thy youth. Let her be as the loving hind and pleasant roe; let her breasts satisfy thee at all times; and be thou ravished always with her love.

It would be weird that God wanted to have sex with hs clay figures

I think this pertains to the thought.

Hebrews 4:15 KJV
15. For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our
infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
