Many say that the GREAT COMMISSION so called , in Matt 28:19 is for all BELIEVERS ,

#1 So when is this GREAT COMMISSION TO BEGIN ? And some say it is already in operation ?

#2 Who are these people that will carry this GREAT COMMISSION forward .

#3 I wonder if any one has seen it in operation , YET ?

#4 All should TEACH / MATHETUO and what are they to TEACH , pray tell ? That Jesus is coming for them and to REPENT .

#5 And they are to teach all NATIONS / ETHNOS ,

#6 You are to BAPTIZE / BAPTIZO , in the PRESENT TENSE , ACTIVE VOICE , PARTICIPLE , NOMINATIVE CASE , and PLURAL .

#7 BUT verse 16 Christ is speaking to the 11 disciples , NOT TO THE BODY OF CHRIST as the B O C has NOT yet been formed .

#8 The Greek word NATION / ETHNOS is also found in John 11:48 , and they want to be rid of Him and the Romans shall come and take away both our place and NATION / ETHNOS , so what does NATION means then ?

#9 NATION / ETHNOS can be translated b y the following words , PEOPLE , HEATHEN , NATION , GENTILES , so which one is IT ? Read John 11:48 and 51 and tell all what NATION / ETHNOS then means ?

#10 I believe that the so -called GREAT COMMISSION is to the Jews that are scattered all over the world i.

#11 And that preaching will happen BEFORE the GREAT TRIBULATION , which makes me a PRE - TRIBULATIONIST.

That will make sense to you if you regard the "end of the age" as the concluding years of the Great Tribulation, where you will see 144k Jewish evangelists spreading that gospel of the kingdom to the entire world, at a time where the unholy Trinity, which is Satan, the false prophet and the beast will reign in the same world.

Many of them will lose their lives then.

You should buy a STRONG'S , that has all the HEBREW and Greek words used in the bible .

AION , is translated by the following English words , AGE , EVER Used 71 X , WORLD used 38X , EVERMORE used 4 X and WITH used 6X

Most Greek words have MORE than one meaning .

Always look at the CONTEXT .

I personally own seven different Greek lexicons.

Your comment does not answer my question at all. At the time the NT was written, the word "eternity" was very rarely used. That does not mean we cannot think today that the Christians at that time thought that Christ's rule in the NHNE would ever cease.

ALWAYS / AEI can mean perpetually or invariably , and better gets VINE'S and STRONG or just use google .

I do not know the details of the mark of the beast. No one really has a firm grasp of it. It's much the same as Isaiah 53 at the time Jesus was alive. They did not have insight into the prophecy. As such, we do not have insight into much of the book of Revelation (even though people try and figure it out).

So if you view that statement by Christ as referring to the Great Tribulation, you can understand why he said that he will be with them till the end of that age.

You have seen words in ITALIC , it means , it was hard to translate .
It hard , as in 1 Cor 10:2 , how were they BAPTIZED UNTO MOSES in the Cloud and in the sea .

Eplain then what BAPTISM then means ?

Christ will be with us until His return regardless of the details of how we understand certain eschatological positions. The only hiccup there is full-preterism, which none of the other positions agree with.

They are all in italics. It just means they are describing the specific phrase in Greek.

From the apostle Paul, we are sealed by the Holy Spirit at our salvation (Ephesians 1:13).

So if that is what you meant, I can certainly agree with you.

But I have no problems understanding that Matthew 28:20 is a specific promise only to Israel, and not to us.

The great commission began at that point. Jesus said "go forth..." and the Apostles went forth. Right then. And the people who were to carry it out were the Apostles and then their successors. The nations are the gentile nations. The Jews believed that there were seventy gentile nations. So much so that they offered sacrifices for the seventy nations in the temple. But no, the great commission is not directed at only Jews. At Acts 8 Philip the Deacon preached to the Samaritans who were not Jews, to an Ethiopian who is not identified as a Jew, and at Acts 10 Peter begins preaching to gentiles. The great commission was what established the Apostolic Churches and has been continuing for two thousand years now.
