WILMINGTON, Del. — Hunter Biden pleaded not guilty to tax fraud and a gun charge after a federal judge asked for more information from lawyers about the deal struck between prosecutors and defense attorneys.

The judge also forced prosecutors to acknowledge Hunter Biden remains under criminal investigation and exposed a rift between prosecutors and defense attorneys over his future legal liability.

Hunter Biden’s lawyers balked after prosecutors told the judge their client would not be protected from future criminal charges for unrelated crimes.

Judge Noreika asked if the ongoing probe acknowledged by prosecutors involved Hunter Biden violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act, and she sought details from the president’s son about the foreign companies he worked for.

He provided details about his employment on the board of Ukrainian energy firm Burisma, which paid him up to $1 million a year, as well as CEFC, a Chinese energy firm tied to the Chinese Communist Party, which paid millions of dollars to Biden family members and their close circle of business associates.

A hot mess. Of course the immunity should only apply to current charges and not any on going investigations.
And of course DOJ should have made sure there was no room to get that misconstrued.

Yeah.. things being done that have never been done.. and then the fact.. you know you get this all ironed out.. they knew this..oh and then they called and said they were of the other side.. LIED to the Court. That happened before what the day before this.
