From March:
Richer and Lake are both Republicans, and his lawsuit marked an aggressive step by Richer to confront
Lake’s election claims – which have been rejected by the courts.
Lawyers defending Lake, her gubernatorial campaign and an aligned nonprofit group on Tuesday asked a judge to schedule a hearing to determine what, if any, damages are owed to Richer.
“After months of doubling down and defending their lies across Arizona, in the media, and on social media, when push came to shove, the Defendants decided to completely back down and concede that their lies were just that: lies,” [Richer] said.

Apparently we're still in the finding out [how much money Lake owes him] phase
From July:
MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, an outspoken election denier, is one of a few Republicans getting subpoenaed in an ongoing defamation case against former GOP gubernatorial candidate (and current Senate hopeful) Kari Lake.

In more recent news, Lake has won the GOP primary to run for Senate.
Richer has lost his Republican primary to be reelected as the election official in Maricopa County.
Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer lost the Republican primary to state Rep. Justin Heap, who has voted for legislation rooted in false information about elections.
A top Republican election official in Arizona’s most populous county known for his vigorous defense of elections lost his primary Tuesday to a state lawmaker who called elections in the county “a laughingstock.”
Richer congratulated Heap on his win Wednesday morning,
writing on X: “Elections have winners and, sadly, losers. And in this one, it looks like I’m going to end up on the losing side of the column. But that’s the name of the game. Accept it. Move on.”
In the November general election, Heap will face Democrat Tim Stringham, a U.S. Army and Navy veteran and political newcomer who is campaigning on a promise to “safeguard our elections” and “ensure that each eligible citizen gets to vote in a safe, secure and convenient way and that each vote will be counted fairly and transparently.” That race is expected to be competitive, political analysts say. Stringham is now asking Richer’s supporters to coalesce behind him.
“If you voted for Stephen Richer, I imagine you did so because of his honesty in the face of lies over the last four years,”
Stringham wrote on X. “I’m asking you to continue to vote for the honest candidate.”
Richer was endorsed by several traditional Republicans, including former governors Doug Ducey and Jan Brewer.
