I thought prayers were answered, but NO! Packages are coming again! I had to leave the porch and get a muddy package out of the flower bed. I pray that god will mercifully answer more serious prayers for others, but this feels similar to stalking and in a way it is. Please help.

I pray God resolve this problem soon. Trust God, He will do it. Rest in Jesus.

God bless you!

Looking online, there seem to be lots of scams like this, so that's a possibility. Do you have a card with Home Depot? Or do you have credit/debit cards that are being charged for the orders? If not, good. You might try calling HD to find out who's sending them, they should have that info on file. Or call whoever delivered them (UPS, etc.) to pick them up as refused.

I have no clue WHO delivers them. I'm not being charged. I've never in my life had a Home Depot account.

The labels on the packages should indicate how they've been sent -- via UPS, US Postal Service, Fed Ex... You should be able to contact the deliverer and ask what to do with them.

How about stacking them in your garage or a closet? Eventually whoever is sending them will get tired of doing so.

Wouldn't that be USPS only?
No matter who the carrier is, write REFUSE on the package and physically hand it to the driver. This will take some effort on your part but eventually your name will become problematic for the scammer because the delivery was refused. LMK what the driver says! Also, I know there is usually no return address however the carrier does know the point of origin. It's time to fight back!

Cont...
The whole purpose for this scam is the achieve Proof of Delivery. If you can catch your driver before he registers your package " delivered" and refuse these items I think you may see quicker results.
This is purely my idea at attacking the problem using a back door approach.
Blessings.

I never see the driver but I studied the labels. One came by UPS and the rest were Fed Ex; I'll contact them by phone on Monday. Thanks for the advice.
