A court document in the Dominion versus Fox News lawsuit was released on the 16th
unfortunately it quotes many Employees of Fox News and they use foul language
I think it is clear evidence Fox News acted irresponsibly but I would like someone to play devil's advocate
read at least some court document and defend Fox news.

I'm surprised no one took you up on this. Thanks for the handy link!

I have seen a lot of argument over this on other threads. The most prevalent argument I've seen is along the lines of "Who cares? That was such a looong time ago!"

Things got worse for Fox News today in court, after the judge sanctioned Fox News for withholding evidence from Dominion. The judge ruled that Fox, "Fox will do everything they can to make the person available, and it will be at a cost to Fox."

The judge also said he is setting up an investigation to see if Fox News attorneys lied to the Court, which could cause him to change rulings he made earlier in the trial -- that he believes he may have ruled incorrectly on the issues at that time due to false information.

This would appear to be very bad for Fox News, and possibly for their lawyers.
