911 call transcript, body cam videos, and police report were obtained by Open Record Requests. From that information investigators have learned that the police report was supplemented in contradiction of the facts.

This election event was disturbing to a lot of people. I am a huge advocate for transparency, and so it is great to see what one of the Georgia election ballot counting people who was actually there had to say, albeit over two years later. Her statements can be carefully compared in more detail to statements made to the January 6th select committee. Likewise the statements of the officers should be scrutinized.

I have to agree with one of the comments on that article - "If the Ruby Freeman story was clearly written in a way that made sense, what would it say?" My thinking is that this is like a lot of other GOP attempts to yet again dig up election fraud - lots of innuendo and vague allegations that, when actually explored, has no real substance. Probably why the GOP court cases on the subject failed so terribly - the kind of tactics which can be used outside of court become much less useful when there are actual penalties for failing to tell the truth.

In fact, unhinged Republicans claimed to have proof in the form of a video in which Moss and Freeman could be seen doing their jobs. What conspiracy theorists said were “suitcases” of bogus ballots were really just standard boxes used locally to transport actual ballots.
The video — which showed nothing nefarious or untoward — nevertheless made the rounds in conservative media and in far-right circles, with Republicans insisting that the images showed election fraud, reality be damned. Trump even put it on screen during one of his post-defeat political rallies. In fact, the former president went after the two Black women, by name, repeatedly, which in turn led Republican activists to threaten the women’s lives and show up at their homes.
Freeman, a retiree who started a small boutique business selling fashion accessories, was forced to flee her house, close her business, and move to an undisclosed location on the advice of the FBI for her own safety.
These women, who’d done nothing wrong, were terrorized because of a ridiculous lie. During the Jan. 6 committee’s televised hearings six months ago, the public had the chance to see their sworn testimony, in which they described their experiences in painful detail.
The harassment of Ruby Freeman and her daughter needs to stop. This is conspiracy junk .

The Trevian Kutti mentioned in the OP was Kanye West's publicist and not a "crisis worker".

When Kutti approached election worker Ruby Freeman in January 2021, Freeman was already facing threats. She was among the election workers Trump and his campaign had targeted by baselessly claiming she was counting fake mail-in ballots. Those claims have been refuted repeatedly by local and federal officials.

Freeman called the police, who responded and suggested that the two women speak at a local police precinct as officers supervised. Freeman agreed.
During their interactions, Kutti arranged for Freeman to speak to several people over the phone in order “to acquire a false confession from Freeman,” Chief Senior Assistant District Attorney F. McDonald Wakeford wrote in a court filing that sought Kutti’s witness testimony this month.

People perpetuating the false narrative in the OP is why election workers like Ms. Freeman have been getting death threats.

There's no reason to go into a rant because a police video was released. I'm a big advocate of transparency, and it is disturbing that this video was held back so long. Let's take the time to calmly study what she said and compare it with testimony provided to Congress and determine whether the police acted properly.

A very selectively edited video designed to rouse the rabble.

Listening to her and reading the site, it appears to me that the "they" she is mentioning in terms of fraud are the folks claiming there were suitcases of illegal ballots under the table. She is saying the conspiracy folks are perpetuating the fraud. Even Reffensperger said the law was followed.

Just because Trump made more lies on his Truth social site last night, the conspiracy stuff is revived. Bet the death threats start up again.

No, there has been enough violence. We have had our cities torn apart and a president who refused to enforce the laws and thus put Supreme Court justices and their families in danger.

Which cites have been rent asunder?

Hey look, an attempt to make a fact-based response seem like an emotional "rant". Seems like yet another way to avoid discussing the reality of the situation versus the misleading take linked from the OP.

and here we have an attempt to change the subject to scary black people when the facts ignored by the article linked in the OP are brought to light.

Hilarious. First the election deniers consider Ruby Freeman a villain, and now she's some kind of hero.

Back to villain. Infamous, even.
