It’s not her body that I have a problem with. It’s the body of her unborn child that I would like to protect. Not to my satisfaction. I remain unconvinced that a woman should not have autonomy of her body.
There’s always going to be murders. Making laws doesn’t stop it from happening.Let's not fool ourselves. The rich men will send their wives, daughters or concubines to wherever it takes for that woman to get an abortion.
This will leave the poor woman who is alone to face her consequences because she does not have the money to go elsewhere.
Then there is this! LOL
Indian couple sue their only son for not giving them grandchildren - CNN
There is if "abortion is murder" was ever meant to be antthing more than balloon juice.
... so, I suppose not.
That is irrelevant to what I said. There’s always going to be murders. Making laws doesn’t stop it from happening.
If it was per state, I’d vote for it. But not on a national level since murder isn’t covered under the constitution. It’s a state issue.
Gee, it feels like I’ve said that somewhere before.
What about Tribal land? And murder can be a federal crime as well as a state crime...
Gee, it feels like I've said that somewhere before.
But don't take my word for it.
Is murder a federal crime? 7 ways it can be
Hmmm... Without a federal abortion ban, abortion can legally be performed on federal land...
And there are 63 national parks in the US, in a total of 30 states... And I'll bet my blessings that most of them have First Aid stations with access to medical equipment...
Planned Parenthood could branch out into tourism while the antiabortion let's stand on the sidelines and wring their hands... #alwaysaloophole
Yep, cuz unlike the Japanese these people were actually convicted of or evidence pointing to them committing crimes. Big difference, don't you think? In a country with 2.1 million incarcerated, the largest per capita percentage in the world (639 per 100,000), most of them poor, black, or undocumented, do you really think we're that far from 1942?
Uhhhhhh, shouldn't commit crimes then we wouldn't need so many jails and prisons? Our governor wanted to spend a large state surplus (which should have been used for COVID relief) to build more jails. What's wrong with this picture?
hmmm.. I have no clue to walk you are talking about.
Seems like no one else does either.
What about Tribal land?
That is not all. If one supports a woman's right to choose abortion while never actually participating in one is equally as sinful, and guilty.
If abortion leads to a second Trail of Tears, won't that be ironic?
Look around. See who is taking overOnly in the opinions of religious people -- and I've been ignoring those for decades.
I'm talking about real consequences that actually matter.
Look around. See who is taking over
A little of both together.
How else can we explain religion rallying around Donald Trump? They feed off of each other, and both are getting what they want.Well, it's true that one is often a convenient mask for the other.
