Have you been to Victoria?
More money for liberal states. Since people will need to go somewhere else to terminate a pregnancy. Or they can order the pills on the internet, from different states or countries. If I lived in Texas I wouldn't even go to the doctor in Texas , If I were going to terminate. This isn't like before the 70's . People have access to find places for abortions.Good Day,
They did.. and the Biden's DOJ losses another *SMACK UP SIDE THE HEAD*
5th Circuit Court grants a stay, allows Texas abortion bill to go into effect

State Fetal Homicide LawsLegally and scientifically there is no baby in this scenario.
It is impossible to abort a baby because by definition a baby is something that has already been born.
They need to stop playing games, to please some people. Many of the people they're trying to please, have had abortions or caused a women to choose to abort. .And on to the Supreme Court by perhaps next week we will have a more clear picture of how hard they are going to nuke Roe.
THe focus of the arguments will be the odious workings of the law not the legality of abortion itself. Hopefully the new justices are not such hacks that they will rubber stamp such bad law because the ends justify the means.Ah, but how many of them will be listening? I have a feeling that some of them made up their minds on abortion long ago.
The difference is in intent. If she had no intent to carry the fetus to term the law would not apply.State Fetal Homicide Laws
Currently, at least 38 states have fetal homicide laws: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin. At least 29 states have fetal homicide laws that apply to the earliest stages of pregnancy ("any state of gestation/development," "conception," "fertilization" or "post-fertilization")

Good grief and I thought I am the pessimistic one.No I could not type the above with a straight face but perhaps I will be pleasantly surprised.
At this point I fully expect Roe to not survive the case that will be heard in December but even my level of pessimism does not foresee a wide federal level anti-abortion ruling so much as it being kicked back to the states. There after we get to see how far the states where anti-abortion laws are vote getters will go to out do each other in making it super secret double illegal and just how much of a farce that will become.Good grief and I thought I am the pessimistic one.

My money is on Idaho going full decree 770 first.
Oh you have no idea. You must be fun at parties.
Most of us understand the distinction between 'foetus' and 'baby'. A baby has been born.
A foetus is not a person, and there is the whole of the law.
