Blasting teachers for
Being intimidated and
Over in using guards
To also use tough love
He tried to kick out 300 drug
And gang dealers by putting them
On stage all on his first day.

School scores up
So that the
New Jersey Education
System would not
Take over on the
School there.

Over in his tough
Love it would be
Called on these days
Environment of a hostile
Toxic work place
Students and thugs were
Ruining the school however.

Teachers were bullied
And good student along the
Way but that
Clark who started as an teacher
Then also was an
Army DI there and
He would use those
Methods in the latter
To try to get the school in shape

But it came with such a
Lot of people being
Offended by Clark.

Music teacher as
Though she was
The best teacher in the
School a very rarity for
Being insubordinate and
Wanting her to teach the
School song on demand
Or be suspended

He suspended one teacher
For picking up a piece of trash
Over in the having the
Kids try to sing the school song
As that Clark should had made
Clear not just the kids but
Teachers and staffers learn the
School song on demand it seems.

He is not there to be anybody's friend
Though he was right in a lot
Of things that he lacked
In compassion and that
Had he used discipline and compassion
It is one thing but discipline and
Bullying are really not the same in one.

He really wanted to
Change a school that he
Used to teach from well learned
To now drug and gang infested

Schools to know he intends

Is a take charge kind of
Guy on it there

Very well but
He in the long
Run rubbed a lot
Of people the wrong way
Half the staffers left
Due to his abrasive behavior
He intimidated the teachers and
Staffers instead of using
The tough love

He chained the doors
To keep out drug
Dealers and gangs and
Had his custodian to
Paint the graffiti over
But there were changes there
And how he handled it
May not had been all that good
Over on it there.

So Joe Clark thought
Not to be polite but
Really despite the kids coming
Around and some of the teachers
It took his only good friend around
And a vice principal to get
Him to seek the light on it
Before it was too little too late.

Yelling at his staff who
Were in the need to
Work so hard but as
They were working so hard
He was not in the complimenting
On their actions there.

Though he had to use
Tough love as the state
Would had in the taken over
The school and in the cleaning up
The school with drugs and gangs
Expelling 300 of the thugs but
One of them saw the light and
Reformed slowly yet surely
