The flock of the slaughter...

Peace in Christ.

Many…a “great multitude”…. are following in the footsteps of Judas today as they actively come to take the real Jesus (the keeping of His daily sacrifice in our mortal bodies) out of the lives of those whom they “kiss” with the flattering lips…with good words and fair speeches.

Mark 14:43-44 KJV
(43) And immediately, while he yet spake, cometh Judas, one of the twelve, and with him a great multitude with swords and staves, from the chief priests and the scribes and the elders.
(44) And he that betrayed him had given them a token, saying, Whomsoever I shall kiss, that same is he; take him, and lead him away safely.

They follow after Judas with their “swords”….causing divisions among us. We must avoid them as they do not serve our Lord Jesus Christ but their own belly instead. Satan has entered into them along with the “sop”…a mouthful…that they receive.

Romans 16:17-18 KJV
(17) Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.
(18) For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.

If we fall “asleep” to well doing (doing His righteousness), then they…the multitude who are following Judas… have the power to deceive us and lead us down the broad way to the destruction of our mortal bodies.

Luke 22: KJV
(46) And said unto them, Why sleep ye? rise and pray, lest ye enter into temptation.
(47) And while he yet spake, behold a multitude, and he that was called Judas, one of the twelve, went before them, and drew near unto Jesus to kiss him.
(48) But Jesus said unto him, Judas, betrayest thou the Son of man with a kiss?

By them doing this, the eternal life of Jesus is never made manifest in the mortal bodies of those they are deceiving and taking away the keeping of the daily sacrifice out of our lives.
They have no understanding of the true good news that we are to have the eternal life of Jesus made manifest in our mortal (subject to death) bodies in the here-and-now. His people are perishing away in their mortal bodies because of a lack of knowledge that they are not being fed with.

The Son of man goes (withdraws or sinks out of view) by those who are currently betraying His eternal life from being made manifest….and they are doing this for money’s sake (like Judas did) as they mind earthly things: what to eat, what to drink, what to wear. They seek after the “sop”.

Matthew 26:23-24 KJV
(23) And he answered and said, He that dippeth his hand with me in the dish, the same shall betray me.
(24) The Son of man goeth as it is written of him: but woe unto that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! it had been good for that man if he had not been born.

If we keep the daily sacrifice….always bearing about in the mortal body they dying of the Lord Jesus, then His eternal life shall be made manifest in our outer mortal flesh. Yet, this good news is not being preached by those who are following in the footsteps of Judas.

2 Corinthians 4:10-11 KJV
(10) Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body.
(11) For we which live are alway delivered unto death for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh.

His eternal life is being cut off from this earth by those who come to deceive us in order to get their earthly needs met.

After the “sop”....a crumb, a morsel, a mouthful…has Satan entered into them. They have become ministers of Satan by doing this.

The sop had been dipped…to moisten.

John 13:26-27 KJV
(26) Jesus answered, He it is, to whom I shall give a sop, when I have dipped it. And when he had dipped the sop, he gave it to Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon.
(27) And after the sop Satan entered into him. Then said Jesus unto him, That thou doest, do quickly.

This dipping of the sop indicates the bread that people work hard to get and then give it those who are following in the footsteps of Judas who are not working at all (even with their preaching of empty words).

The bread was worked hard for. It was “dipped”….it was moistened.

Genesis 3:19 KJV
(19) In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.

Having received the sop, Judas (and those who follow him) went out immediately and it was “night”.

That is, they have no understanding of the gospel (it was “night”) and therefore are not spiritually “feeding” anyone but themselves. The gospel is then hid from their eyes of understanding.

John 13:30 KJV
(30) He then having received the sop went immediately out: and it was night.

The false prophets cry “peace” (when there is none) to those who are living in error as the people they are deceiving and leading astray from the Way of righteousness give them their “sop” (a mouthful) to eat….putting it into their mouths.

They won’t bite the hand that feeds them so-to-speak but will war against those who will not.

Micah 3:5-6 KJV
(5) Thus saith the LORD concerning the prophets that make my people err, that bite with their teeth, and cry, Peace; and he that putteth not into their mouths, they even prepare war against him.

Judas went out and it was “night” having received the “sop”. There is no understanding to those who are preaching for their earthly needs…in order to get a “mouthful” from those who they preach to.

The Bible has gone “dark” to their understanding: “night shall be unto you”. They do not have a “vision”…a revelation of the Word of Truth. They preach for doctrines the commandments of men as decreed in their handwriting of church ordinances.

They cannot understand the Scriptures as it is “dark” unto them. There is no understanding and their preaching to us is empty of meaning….a “desert” of meaningless words being preached.

(6) Therefore night shall be unto you, that ye shall not have a vision; and it shall be dark unto you, that ye shall not divine; and the sun shall go down over the prophets, and the day shall be dark over them.

They build up Zion with blood: The “blood” is the taking away the eternal life of Jesus from those they are leading astray with their meaningless preaching. His people are perishing away in their mortal bodies because of a lack of knowledge.

It has been a flock of the slaughter as they judge for reward and teach for hire and preach for money and they preach without understanding which “slays” those (the “blood”) whom they are “preaching” to as they are not being fed with the true good news.

Micah 3:10-12 KJV
(10) They build up Zion with blood, and Jerusalem with iniquity.
(11) The heads thereof judge for reward, and the priests thereof teach for hire, and the prophets thereof divine for money: yet will they lean upon the LORD, and say, Is not the LORD among us? none evil can come upon us.
(12) Therefore shall Zion for your sake be plowed as a field, and Jerusalem shall become heaps, and the mountain of the house as the high places of the forest.

The gospel….the good news…is hid from the eyes of their understanding to those who are perishing (“lost”) as the god of this world (their belly) has blinded the minds of those that really don’t believe.

2 Corinthians 4:1-6 KJV
(1) Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not;
(2) But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God.
(3) But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
(4) In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

Those who preach themselves have no light as it is “dark” unto them. They have no knowledge as they only serve for themselves and not Christ Jesus the Lord. If they do not understand the good news, then how are those they are “preaching” to be fed with the Word of Truth?

(5) For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake.
(6) For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

Judas did “hang” himself…that is, strangled himself…and those who follow after him also destroy themselves. Their end is destruction as they serve for their own belly.

Their “god” is their belly whom they serve for as they mind earthly things. They are enemies of the cross of Christ as His daily sacrifice is actively being taken away from those they are leading astray: the flock of the slaughter.

Philippians 3:17-19 KJV
(17) Brethren, be followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have us for an ensample.
(18) (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ:
(19) Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.)

Peace in Christ.

The true apostles of Christ did not eat any man’s bread for nothing but did work for their own earthly needs so that they might not be chargeable to any.

They did forgo that “power” to eat from those who they had preached to and now this has been binding upon all men after them. We are to walk after the “tradition” that we have received of them to work with our own hands to support our own earthly needs.

We MUST withdraw ourselves from every brother (those who follow after Judas and whose end is destruction) who is not working with his own hands to support his own earthly needs. One must not preach for their earthly needs to be met as then the flock of God does not get fed with the Word of Truth nor should we be sitting with them in their churches.

2 Thessalonians 3:6-12 KJV
(6) Now we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye withdraw yourselves from every brother that walketh disorderly, and not after the tradition which he received of us.
(7) For yourselves know how ye ought to follow us: for we behaved not ourselves disorderly among you;
(8) Neither did we eat any man's bread for nought; but wrought with labour and travail night and day, that we might not be chargeable to any of you:

The power to eat from preaching the good news has been forgone by the original apostles and so we MUST follow them in this. They are our example to follow.

(9) Not because we have not power, but to make ourselves an ensample unto you to follow us.
(10) For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat.
(11) For we hear that there are some which walk among you disorderly, working not at all, but are busybodies.
(12) Now them that are such we command and exhort by our Lord Jesus Christ, that with quietness they work, and eat their own bread.

Paul shows us ALL the counsel of God. We can feed the church of God by working with our own hands to support our own earthly necessities. He says this to those who have been made overseers of the church of God that they are supposed to feed.

Acts 20:27-28 KJV
(27) For I have not shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God.
(28) Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.

We must be with Paul in this: work with our own hand to support our own earthly necessities. If we do this, the outside world ( with their weak minds) will not have an opportunity to blaspheme God’s holy Name nor the gospel.

Paul has showed us all this so that we might be able to truly feed the church of God who the Lord Jesus Christ has purchased with His own blood: work with your own hands to support your own necessities. Paul was a tentmaker…he worked with his own hands to support himself. ( Brethren, be followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have us for an ensample).

Acts 20:34-35 KJV
(34) Yea, ye yourselves know, that these hands have ministered unto my necessities, and to them that were with me.
(35) I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.

We must withdraw from those who are preaching in order to get their earthly needs met. Their end is destruction of their mortal bodies as they have no understanding.

Judas did "hang” …that is, to “strangle”… himself. We must keep away from things “strangled”…from those whose end is destruction…and from blood as they are not feeding the church of God that was purchased by the blood of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The money they are actively receiving is “blood money” as the eternal life of Jesus is currently being extinguished from ever being made manifest in the lives of those they are deceiving…and they do not care as they are rejoicing when getting their earthly needs met as His people are suffering and perishing under their “pastoring” of the flock of the slaughter.

Acts 15:28-29 KJV
(28) For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things;
(29) That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.

The pastors (the rich men in James 5) who are only feeding themselves literally are not feeding the flock of the slaughter spiritually. They are too busy rejoicing in their hearts over themselves getting their earthly needs met richly by those they are “preaching” to.

James 5:1-6 KJV
(1) Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you.
(2) Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten.
(3) Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days.
(4) Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of sabaoth.

They have nourished their hearts. They rejoice in this “day of slaughter” as they condemn and kill the Just One out of the lives of those who they are making merchandise of . The eternal life of Jesus is not being made manifest as His life goes away from this earth because of them.

The drum beat of their rejoicing hearts (Tophet) drowns out the cries of those who they are “pastoring”.

(5) Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished your hearts, as in a day of slaughter.
(6) Ye have condemned and killed the just; and he doth not resist you.

They are pasturing the “flock of the slaughter” as “pastors”...overseers... of the church and those they “slay” (as they are not feeding His sheep with the good news) perish under their care. Their “shepherds” pity them not.

Zechariah 11:4-5 KJV
(4) Thus saith the LORD my God; Feed the flock of the slaughter;
(5) Whose possessors slay them, and hold themselves not guilty: and they that sell them say, Blessed be the LORD; for I am rich: and their own shepherds pity them not.

Those who are following in the way of Judas have purchased a “field”….the field of blood…as those they make merchandise of are perishing away to the grave without the eternal life of Jesus being made manifest in their congregations that they are “pastoring”.

They fall “headlong” after reward (money) and they burst asunder in the middle and their “bowels gush out”…that is, they have no compassion upon those they are leading astray. The “possessors” slay the flock of the slaughter in the “field of blood” and do not hold themselves guilty but instead REJOICE : “blessed by the LORD, for I am rich”.

Acts 1:18-20 KJV
(18) Now this man purchased a field with the reward of iniquity; and falling headlong, he burst asunder in the midst, and all his bowels gushed out.
(19) And it was known unto all the dwellers at Jerusalem; insomuch as that field is called in their proper tongue, Aceldama, that is to say, The field of blood.
(20) For it is written in the book of Psalms, Let his habitation be desolate, and let no man dwell therein: and his bishoprick let another take.

It has been a severe famine...a famine of hearing the true Word of God. And yet they are allowed to rejoice: "hurt not the oil and the wine".

Revelation 6:6 KJV
(6) And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.

Psalms 104:15 KJV
(15) And wine that maketh glad the heart of man, and oil to make his face to shine, and bread which strengtheneth man's heart.

Peace in Christ.

Again, those (a great multitude) who are following in the footsteps of Judas have no compassion upon those who they make merchandise of .

All of their “bowels gush out” as they have no real sympathy for their congregations that they are leading down the wrong path to their destruction. Their own pastors do not really care for them even though they feign they do.

And yet, they are REJOICING within their hearts (“Praise the LORD, for I am rich”) in this day of the slaughter of the sheep that they are “pastoring”.

They “burst in the middle”…that is, bursting with rejoicing within their own hearts. They do not hear the cries of those they are shepherding who are suffering with the severe famine of hearing the true Word of God. The drumbeat of their hearts rejoicing drowns out the cries of those they are supposedly “feeding” who are having troubles and are starving spiritually.

They “fall headlong” after the reward of iniquity. They covet after money in order to get their earthly needs met.

Acts 1:18-20 KJV
(18) Now this man purchased a field with the reward of iniquity; and falling headlong, he burst asunder in the midst, and all his bowels gushed out.

They have “purchased” people as merchandise…as a plot of land… who are perishing. It is a “field of blood” that they own.

It is called in the proper tongue “Aceldama”…..which comes from “cheleq” – “smoothness” of the tongue and “dam” – “blood” as that which is shed causes death.

In other words, they use their tongues to flatter and deceive those they are destroying in the “field of blood”.

(19) And it was known unto all the dwellers at Jerusalem; insomuch as that field is called in their proper tongue, Aceldama, that is to say, The field of blood.

Their habitation….their churches…are desolate and no man dwells there. The eternal life of Jesus is not being made manifest in their congregations as their followers are perishing away to the grave. No mortal flesh is being saved in their churches…their “habitations”.

Yet, the Lord comes as a thief to take His people out of their “house”.

(20) For it is written in the book of Psalms, Let his habitation be desolate, and let no man dwell therein: and his bishoprick let another take.

A lying tongue…a feigned tongue…. hates those who are afflicted (crushed…injured) by it and a flattering mouth works ruin.

Proverbs 26:28 KJV
(28) A lying tongue hateth those that are afflicted by it; and a flattering mouth worketh ruin.

We must not sit together with them in their destruction.

We must not bid them “Godspeed”….that is, to fully “REJOCE”.

He that bids them “rejoice” (paying him to preach) is a partaker of his evil deeds…the destroying of the sheep that he is supposedly spiritually “feeding”. We must not be there supporting them and affirming of their sayings that are leading astray those they are destroying.

2 John 1:10-11 KJV
(10) If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:
(11) For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.

The people that they “kiss” with the feigned lips of good words and fair speeches ( in “Aceldama”….the smooth tongue that brings blood shed unto death) are having the “daily sacrifice” taken away as they come to take THE (definite article) Jesus out of their lives so that His eternal life is never made manifest in their mortal flesh.

They perish from this earth as their mortal bodies die rather than live because of the eternal life of Jesus being made manifest in their mortal flesh in the here-and-now.

Matthew 26:47-50 KJV
(47) And while he yet spake, lo, Judas, one of the twelve, came, and with him a great multitude with swords and staves, from the chief priests and elders of the people.
(48) Now he that betrayed him gave them a sign, saying, Whomsoever I shall kiss, that same is he: hold him fast.

They come as a “friend” and say “hail”…that is REJOICE…master and they kiss us with the kiss of death: the flattering lips of deceit and destruction. Let us not bid them “rejoice”.

(49) And forthwith he came to Jesus, and said, Hail, master; and kissed him.
(50) And Jesus said unto him, Friend, wherefore art thou come? Then came they, and laid hands on Jesus, and took him.

They do not care for the people they are deceiving. They heal the wounds of the people slightly saying “peace, peace when there is no peace within their company.

Jeremiah 6:13-14 KJV
(13) For from the least of them even unto the greatest of them every one is given to covetousness; and from the prophet even unto the priest every one dealeth falsely.
(14) They have healed also the hurt of the daughter of my people slightly, saying, Peace, peace; when there is no peace.

The false prophets (who are prophesying “peace, peace” in their congregations where there is no peace) live richly…the “rich man” in the parable of the rich man and Lazarus.

They “fare” (euphrainō = rejoice) sumptuously (brilliantly) every day. They rejoice within their hearts every day on how things are now. And yet they do not care for those that they are afflicting.

Their congregations are starving spiritually for the Word of Truth. They are full of troubles…full of sores…..and they do not care as they rejoice within their own hearts : “praise the LORD for I am rich”. They “burst in the middle”....rejoicing every day within the middle of their hearts.

The “dogs”….those who flatter with their tongues…lick the sores of the people who lay at the “gate”…the preaching mouth…in order to get “fed” with the Word of Truth. Yet, they are only receiving “crumbs” that cannot satisfy them as their leaders rejoice.

Luke 16:19-21 KJV
(19) There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day:
(20) And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores,
(21) And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores.

Why spend money for that which is not bread? Why pay them for the "crumbs" that fall from their tables? They are not feeding anyone spiritually so why give them money? We are to hear the voice of the Lord who comes to give us freely the knowledge so that we may know Him who is true.

Isaiah 55:1-3 KJV
(1) Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.
(2) Wherefore do ye spend money for that which is not bread? and your labour for that which satisfieth not? hearken diligently unto me, and eat ye that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness.
(3) Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David.

Peace in Christ.

We are living in the day of the slaughter of His people as they perish without the knowledge of the good news being preached to them so that their mortal flesh might be saved in Christ Jesus our Lord.

And those who are making merchandise of the sheep are joyful. There is joy and gladness while the sheep are being killed. It is a big party to those who are getting their earthly needs met by those that they are deceiving in their peddling of the Word of God.

Isa 22:12-14 KJV
(12) And in that day did the Lord GOD of hosts call to weeping, and to mourning, and to baldness, and to girding with sackcloth:
(13) And behold joy and gladness, slaying oxen, and killing sheep, eating flesh, and drinking wine: let us eat and drink; for to morrow we shall die.
(14) And it was revealed in mine ears by the LORD of hosts, Surely this iniquity shall not be purged from you till ye die, saith the Lord GOD of hosts.

But the Lord comes to open up our minds to His knowledge by the heavenly interpretation of the Scriptures....and this will cause their rejoicing to cease.

To those who are current retailing (corrupting) the Word of God, the revealing of His knowledge will be a "savor of death" unto death. They will not want to hear it and the effects upon those who are saved upon hearing His revealed Word shall cause them to cease from their rejoicing. They will mourn and weep.

2Co 2:14-17 KJV
(14) Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.
(15) For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish:
(16) To the one we are the savour of death unto death; and to the other the savour of life unto life. And who is sufficient for these things?
(17) For we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ.

Mourning and weeping will come upon the rich pastors who are currently rejoicing: "Praise the LORD for I am rich". Their light...their rejoicing...their sun and moon so to speak...will darken.

Luk 6:24-26 KJV
(24) But woe unto you that are rich! for ye have received your consolation.
(25) Woe unto you that are full! for ye shall hunger. Woe unto you that laugh now! for ye shall mourn and weep.
(26) Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets.

They shall weep and howl for the miseries that shall come upon them.

Jas 5:1-2 KJV
(1) Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you.
(2) Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten.

Their "sun" shall be darkened and their moon shall not give light....that is, their rejoicing shall cease.

They will lose their exalted, joyous positions....the stars shall fall from heaven. Woe unto them when all men shall speak well of you (those rich pastors). They will lose their lofty status.

The tribes of the earth...those who are only minding earthly things and behaving in the earthly wisdom (envy, strife, wrath, etc)... will mourn. They will see the effects of the Son of man upon the "clouds" of people who hear and believe in the sincere Word of God. Those who will hear and believe are those who are focusing on the things above (love, peace, kindness, etc).

Mat 24:29-30 KJV
(29) Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
(30) And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
