So what Law, Word is in the heart through Christ?

The Engrafted Word which is the Law of Liberty. Which includes The Royal law (love thy neighbor) and the ten commandments, the whole Law, in which we will be judged by.

James explicitly states what laws are in those whom hear God. Follow along please

Let us not be tempted, drawn away by our own Lust, bringing forth sin unto death. For every good gift and perfect gift cometh down from the Father of lights, us. We are Begotten by the word of truth, receive with meekness the engrafted word, the PERFECT gift.

Being Begotten of the word Be doers of the engrafted word not hearers only deceiving ourselves. For we are Begotten so don't forget who we are when Looking into a mirror at the perfect law of Liberty, Who we now are through the engrafted word and continue therein when we goeth our way.

Be a doer of the work and we will be blessed in the deeds. Being Begotten with the engrafted Word, The Royal Law, the Whole Law, the Law of Liberty in which we will be judged.

If we become transgressors by breaking the ten commandments, the whole law, the royal law and we will be Judged by the Law of Liberty, the engrafted Word which begots us as the first fruit. Then the engrafted word, the Law of Liberty is the royal Law, the ten commandments, the whole law in which we will be judged.

Jas 1:14 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.
Jas 1:15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.
Jas 1:16 Do not err, my beloved brethren.
Jas 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

Jas 1:18 Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.
Jas 1:19 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:
Jas 1:20 For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.
Jas 1:21 Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.
Jas 1:22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
Jas 1:23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:
Jas 1:24 For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.
Jas 1:25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.
Jas 1:26 If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain.
Jas 1:27 Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.

Jas 2:1 My brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with respect of persons.
Jas 2:2 For if there come unto your assembly a man with a gold ring, in goodly apparel, and there come in also a poor man in vile raiment;
Jas 2:3 And ye have respect to him that weareth the gay clothing, and say unto him, Sit thou here in a good place; and say to the poor, Stand thou there, or sit here under my footstool:
Jas 2:4 Are ye not then partial in yourselves, and are become judges of evil thoughts?
Jas 2:5 Hearken, my beloved brethren, Hath not God chosen the poor of this world rich in faith, and heirs of the kingdom which he hath promised to them that love him?
Jas 2:6 But ye have despised the poor. Do not rich men oppress you, and draw you before the judgment seats?
Jas 2:7 Do not they blaspheme that worthy name by the which ye are called?
Jas 2:8 If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:
Jas 2:9 But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors.
Jas 2:10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.
Jas 2:11 For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law.
Jas 2:12 So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty.

Yes, all of the law and prophets hang on and are fulfilled by the greatest commandments. And that, love of God and neighbor, is where true freedom or liberty lies. So at justification we’re not only imputed to be righteous and forgiven of unrighteousness (sin), but we’re also made to be righteous as we turn to God in faith and enter into direct relationship with Him.
And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.” Rom 5:5

I will put my law in their minds
and write it on their hearts.
I will be their God,
and they will be my people.
Jer 31:33

Apart from Me you can do nothing.” John 15:5

I like the warning against lust, as having perverted sex gives birth to sin, that leads to death.

James 1:15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.

Getting married, conceiving and giving birth to righteousness is more difficult. Being celibate and doing works of righteousness is more difficult.

The ‘conviction’ of the ‘law of the Spirit’, against which there is no law, as outlined by the” fruit of the Spirit”, and knowing by one’s actions “the spirit by which we are working from,” speaks to us. Revelation (or sometimes conviction of the conscience) occurs first to the human spirit from the Holy Spirit. The human spirit ‘knows’ what previously was not a conviction to the truth revealed. One’s action towards God’s action (or rather re-action) is within the fruit of the spirit, as the required response, is obedience to God. Within that is the mind of Christ, and is cooperation with God.

That is the response of intuition/conscience with communion with God. The second response that is not vertical but horizontal (visualizing the cross) is that of formulating one’s thoughts to express the revelation to others. That is the process of becoming a servant to others in a sharing manner. Knowing, in that sense, is converted to knowledge that can be shared.

And that, love of God and neighbor, is where true freedom or liberty lies.

Yes, through and only by His Holy Spitit. No need to be frightened with His " New Covenant". The bondage you speak of is no longer our yoke. He made it very simple and seamless. Recieved His Holy Spirit. Be blessed.

How did you arrive at these conclusions?
To whom were the TCs and the whole law given? (all 613 laws)
Why would we Christians be judged by those laws?
What did the Apostle say about the TCs?

Assuming the TCs were "engraved in letters on stone", he says they were the transitory ministry that brought condemnation and death which has no glory now. Other than that, he was fine with them. The letter kills.

2 Corinthians 3:6-11 NIV
He has made us competent as ministers of a new covenant—not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.
7 Now if the ministry that brought death, which was engraved in letters on stone, came with glory, so that the Israelites could not look steadily at the face of Moses because of its glory, transitory though it was, 8 will not the ministry of the Spirit be even more glorious? 9 If the ministry that brought condemnation was glorious, how much more glorious is the ministry that brings righteousness! 10 For what was glorious has no glory now in comparison with the surpassing glory. 11 And if what was transitory came with glory, how much greater is the glory of that which lasts!

In Psalms 19:7, the Mosaic Law is perfect, in Psalms 119:45, it is a law of liberty, and in Psalms 119:1, it blesses those who obey it, so when James 1:25 speaks about a perfect law of liberty that blesses those who obey it, he was not saying anything about the Mosaic Law that wasn't arelady said in the Psalms. In James 2:1-12, he was speaking to people who had sinned by showing favoritism, which is not one of the Ten Commandments, so the whole law straightforwardly refers to the whole law, not to just the Ten Commandments. Following just the Ten Commandments, but not God's others laws still makes someone a lawbreaker who need to repent and to return to obedience through faith.

phhhh, the law of liberty can only be that proclaimed by Christ, which is the pro-claim-ation that Today is the Jubilee. Favouritism was the sin of both Abraham and Isaac that led to division that’s also seen between rich and poor. Christ would have seen that the fields were for gleaning and the land was at rest. All or nothing approach of the Mosaic law, or the repeated offences constantly dealt with by the Levi’s was not the right direction. Be sure that were you are looking is the place He can be found . fft

Jesus set a sinless example of how to walk in sinless obedience to the Mosaic Law and did not hypocritically proclaim something other than what he practiced. Christ is one with the Father, so he was not in disagreement with anything that He commanded. Favoritism is nevertheless not one of the Ten Commandments, so what James was referring to should not be interpreted as referring to just the Ten Commandments. The Father did not mislead the Israelites by leading them in the wrong direction by giving them the gift of the Mosaic Law and the example that Jesus set for us to follow of how to walk in obedience to it also did not lead us in the wrong direction.

The Father did not mislead the Israelites by leading them in the wrong direction by giving them the gift of the Mosaic Law and the example that Jesus set for us to follow of how to walk in obedience to it also did not lead us in the wrong direction.
James was specifically referring to the Father of Lights.

Yes, through and only by His Holy Spitit. No need to be frightened with His " New Covenant". The bondsge you speak of is no longer our yoke. He made it very simple and seamless. Recieved His Holy Spirit. Be blessed.
Bondage?
No it is part of who we are. The Law, His Word in our hearts and minds. Now it is not because we have to, but because we want to through the engrafted word.

phhhh, the law of liberty can only be that proclaimed by Christ, which is the pro-claim-ation that Today is the Jubilee. Be sure that were you are looking is the place He can be found . fft

The Royal Law, is love thy neighbor as thyself. For love fulfils the law and does no ill. But if we have respect to persons we commit sin and we are then convinced of the Law, the Ten as transgressors.
For if we keep the whole Law, the Ten which the Royal Law, love governs. Yet offend, sin in one point we become guilty of all.

How do we know that the law, the whole Law James mentions through God is the Ten? Context. In verse 9 and 10 He says, law then whole law and then starts naming some of the Ten. Keeping every thing together in respect to context by using the conjunctives, but and for.
Then he through God groups the Royal law, and the law, the whole law, the Ten into one in verse 12 by mentioning being judge by the Law of Liberty, the engrafted word, the new creature begotten, us. Which we are warned to look into as a mirror and not forget what manner of man we have become through Christ. Not to be a forgetful hearer of the engrafted word but a doer continuing therein, thereby we shall be blessed in the deeds.

For if we are judged by the Law of Liberty and convinced from the Law, the whole Law, the ten to be transgressors then the law, the whole Law the ten and the Royal Law is that which is engrafted word, the perfect Law of Liberty.

How did you arrive at these conclusions?
Context and grammar.
The Royal Law, is love thy neighbor as thyself verse 8.

It was the ministration that brought death. That ministry through the tables of stone and ink is now through the Spirit on our hearts. For God has said. He will write His laws on our hearts and on our minds. Making us the vessels of the ministry. Not on tables of stone but on the fleshly tables of the heart. Manifestly declared to be the epistles of Christ. Who has made us able ministers. Not that we sufficient of ourselves, But our sufficiency is of God. For it is He that works in us both to will and do His good pleasure

2Cor 3:2 Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men:
2Cor 3:3 Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.
2Cor 3:4 And such trust have we through Christ to God-ward:
2Cor 3:5 Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God;
2Cor 3:6 Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.
2Cor 3:7 But if the ministration of death, written and engraven in stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not stedfastly behold the face of Moses for the glory of his countenance; which glory was to be done away:
2Cor 3:8 How shall not the ministration of the spirit be rather glorious?

Who is "we"?

How can "the whole law" be defined as less than "the law"?
Are not the Ten Commandments a subset of the law? (10 of 613 laws)
