No, the U.S. Supreme Court Has Not Agreed to Hear Texas’ Lawsuit Challenging Swing State Election Results
Texas’s motion for leave to file a lawsuit, which seeks to have the justices throw out the election results in the states of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin (all of which Trump lost), landed on the high court’s docket on Tuesday. Election law experts dismissed the lawsuit as nothing more than a stunt, albeit a “dangerous” one. But President Trump’s supporters seized on the simple fact that the justices are requiring the states to respond by Thursday as evidence that the court will actually hear—or has actually agreed to hear—the case. It is unlikely that the court will decide to hear the case and the court has not agreed to hear it.

You don’t suppose there is a connection between this and the SCOTUS not actually dismissing Trump's PA lawsuit, just denied the emergency injunctive relief? The lawsuit itself is still on the docket!

uhmmm...do you have a link for that? Because no one else seems to believe that:
Supreme Court Rejects GOP Bid To Reverse Pennsylvania Election Results
The Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected an effort to overturn the results of the presidential election in Pennsylvania, signaling the high court would not go along with President Trump's unprecedented efforts to win another term despite a decisive defeat in the popular vote and Electoral College.

What? You haven't heard yet of another bureau blackout of any reports relating to the challenges of the legitimacy of the election? Yes, another Titanic, YouTube is now committed to preventing or deleting all assertions of voter fraud. Yes, I had a link, but apparently it didn't survive. Yet, just a few minutes ago that rising star, Newmax just announced this truth again!

So...that would be "no, I don't have a link."?

you know theres MORE to that case right? Hold ON God is at work..were for Him remember

When God degrees Biden’s inauguration next month we are all happy that His divine will has happened and we can leave these sordid conspiracy theories behind as Satan’s work they clearly were since they were unsuccessful in the face of the Lord’s true champion for divided American people - Biden.

It's a motion for leave to file suit. While the Court hasn't granted the motion, for all intents and purposes they're going to hear the case and render a ruling in short order. That they're allowing responsive pleadings is indicative of this. Texas and those intervening in support will lay out their entire argument, which I think will be rejected for lack of standing. But make no mistake the case is being heard, only in motion to leave format as opposed to summary judgment format.

I think this is a short sighted lawsuit. Do these Republicans really want a country where states can sue each other because the other state's law affects them in some way? Maybe Texas' tax laws disadvantage California and so Texas needs to levy an income tax? Maybe Alabama's abortion laws somehow disadvantage New York and so Alabama needs to relax abortion restrictions? This lawsuit is a bad idea for many reasons, and this is one - it's short sighted. It only sees one issue right in front of people's faces and doesn't consider future consequences or the knock off effects it could/would have against their own state.

(snip)
Can we all agree now that Joe Biden won?
(snip)
Don't be silly. The Supreme Court has now become just one more "clever feint" that President Trump was doing before he delivers his "master stroke that lets him stay in office!".
