OK no problem but you might want to consider that you just presented a very good case for Jesus being innocent in all respects, He was not born with a stain of sin nor did He sin in any way but you have God punishing, causing Him to suffer excruciating pain, an innocent man for something that He did not do what does that say about the justice of God?

He was imputed our sin and was declared a sinner. He never sinned, but was declared a sinner.

Yes that is true but what would you say if a judge sentenced you to 10 years for something that someone else did? Would you consider that justice?

But I was not imputed their crime. I was falsely accused just as Christ was.

The whole reason the Christ came was to die upon a cross. And it was the Father who executed Him upon the cross.

Surely our griefs He Himself bore,
And our sorrows He carried;
Yet we ourselves esteemed Him stricken,
Smitten of God, and afflicted. But He was pierced through for our transgressions,
He was crushed for our iniquities;
The chastening for our well-being fell upon Him,
And by His scourging we are healed. All of us like sheep have gone astray,
Each of us has turned to his own way;
But the Lord has caused the iniquity of us all
To fall on Him.
[Isaiah 53:4-6]

It was for our sins He died. He could not die for His sins, seeing He is forever the sinless, spotless Lamb of God.

I thought the Romans executed him, why do you say it was the father.

Woe to Assyria, the rod of My anger
And the staff in whose hands is My indignation, I send it against a godless nation
And commission it against the people of My fury
To capture booty and to seize plunder,
And to trample them down like mud in the streets.
[Isaiah 10:5-6]

After the Assyrian king boasted of what He did, God said this, ”Is the axe to boast itself over the one who chops with it?
Is the saw to exalt itself over the one who wields it?
That would be like a club wielding those who lift it,
Or like a rod lifting him who is not wood.”
[Isaiah 10:15]

I would say He allowed it to happen, not that He did it.

That's not what the text says. In another passage about an Assyrian king(I wonder if this is the same account told by another writer?)...

So the God of Israel stirred up the spirit of Pul, king of Assyria, even the spirit of Tilgath-pilneser king of Assyria, and he carried them away into exile, namely the Reubenites, the Gadites and the half-tribe of Manasseh, and brought them to Halah, Habor, Hara and to the river of Gozan, to this day.[1 Chronicles 5:26]

Notice, it was God who moved this Assyrian king to attack His own ppl.

I was talking about the death of Jesus, I agree with you on the Assyrian topic.

Romans 8:32 says He was delivered over to them by God.

He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him over for us all, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things?

God was the driving force behind the crucifixion of His very own Son. Just as the Assyrians were God’s axe, they were God’s knife. Just as Abraham drew back the knife, he was stopped. But God was not stopped when He killed His own Son.

Takes a lot of love to sacrifice your son for the benefit of sinners.
