There are currently 5 Catholics on the Supreme Court... "comrade" - without Barrett.

For a court that had 9 judges - that was already a majority.

Congress may not have the right, but the numerous Hotel owners and restauranteurs in Maryland and Virginia do. The Teflon man will eventually be accountable.

Isnt every single American harmed in principle by emoluments clause violations?

So everyone should have standing.
