'We committed the crime of standing in the street,' Karlyn Borysenko says

Karlyn Borysenko describes her interactions with rally demonstrators on 'Fox & Friends Weekend.'

Rallygoers at a WalkAway Campaign event in Dallas on Saturday were confronted and chased by Black Lives Matter protesters simply for being in disagreement, WalkAway member Karlyn Borysenko told "Fox & Friends Weekend."

Borysenko said she and a few other participants had traveled to the local police station after one of their security guards and a BLM protester had been arrested for getting into an altercation. Once Borysenko and her party stepped out of their car, she said protesters "almost immediately" surrounded and began to chase them.

“We didn't even say anything to them,” she said. “We were minding our own business. ... They immediately started screaming at us, throwing things at us and then chased us down the street to where there was a group of cops ... that we were trying to get to protect us.”

The altercation turned physical, Borysenko revealed, when protesters began throwing bottles and street cones at the rally members. One member had his phone stolen and smashed, she said.

As I have said before, legitimate social justice movements do not behave this way. They do not dox, bully, intimidate, chase, and beat up and shoot people. They do not harass people and demand they make a hand sign or kneel or repeat a slogan.. That sounds more like fascism to me sort of the likes of Nazi Germany or the Red Guard.
Legitimate social justice movements exercise their first amendment rights to assemble for peaceful protest, and speak at various venues.

I don't ever want to say that anyone deserves to be treated poorly. I watched Borysenko's videos about being thrown out of a hotel recently. I am sure her emotions were real and that is truly terrible what happened, but she was wearing a MAGA mask. I'm all for making a statement and standing up for what you believe in but there are certain things in our culture right now which are provocative and controversial. I find it disingenuous to wear a mask that is making half the country angry and then be all, "All I did was wear a mask and they were mean to me!" while trembling and crying.

As per this situation, if she was wearing her red MAGA mask, then it's the same thing. You don't go into the middle of a contested area where revolutionary stuff is happening and then act shocked when you get accosted. Yeah. You're in the middle of a protest and you've been identified as on the other side. Just own it. You were looking for confrontation and you got it. You can talk about the injustice of being attacked for your opinions without putting on a shocked face and crying victimhood.

Oh c’mon. I just posted something about a 12 year old putting a Trump sign in his yard and being repeatedly struck in the head by an adult female. These people need to grow up. It’s an election year. If the sight of a MAGA mask provokes you to violence then you do not need to be out on the streets or in society in general. There is no excuse.

The crime apparently was "standing in the street while not agreeing with BLM". Ironic how things have turned around. Bullies.

Karlyn Borysenko wrote a brilliant piece a few months back on her slow, totally unforeseen coming free of the Democrat plantation after daring to attend a Trump rally in New Hampshire. She found it completely unlike all the dire warnings her friends had given her.

And this is not the first time Brandon Straka has been attacked for existing. It also happened after the RNC convention. Interesting lack of response from BLM at the hotel afterward:

Ah, I apologize. I wasn't being clear but I am not sure how to clarify what I wanted to say. I was not saying anybody attacking other people over having a certain opinion is somehow justified or that there is any excuse for that behavior.
